Thanks guys! And man once it's done, you really do appreciate life a little bit more. Just feeling normal again is like being on drugs in a way, so much energy and happiness after 1.5 years of misery, such a new wonderful feeling. Although benzo withdrawal is miserable, I did learn a lot during the process, and you try to make a positive overall out of a negative once it's over.
To make the withdrawal symptoms easier, I learned to take extremely good care of myself in terms of my eating, exercise, etc, and now I will always have these learned ways that I likely would not have experienced otherwise. Diet soda products made me my brain go crazy during withdrawals, and I had to quit them all together, now being back to normal I feel even better than before because aspartame is no longer part of my diet. Just an example, there are others. Oddly enough too I did battle mild anxiety in my life even before taking Klonopin, but I am now anxiety free and I believe healthy ways of life (learned through benzo withdrawal), are largely responsible for that. Good luck people, again benzo withdrawal seems like it NEVER ends, but it does!
