if i take oxycodone for 6 days. and the 7th day i dont, will i be in withdrawal?

How much have you been taking each DAY?

I doubt you will have any withdrawal symptoms after such a short time. If you were to have any, they would amount to being punched by a baby a few times

I certainly wouldnt worry my friend. You may suffer a headache and possibly feel a little off for a day. If you dont worry about it or give it much thought you probably wont notice anything. (:

doubt it besides, you'll feel the lack of energy....
and you'll probably want it..ie ..beginning of dependence...
would be my guess....

yes but if you only do a small dose each day it most likely won't be bad i do 700mg a day for 5 days and am in bad bad withdrawal

also u shoulda let us know if u were a previous user, because if u have been addicted for extended periods of time in the past when u use opies again for a few days anything past 3 usually alot of would WD

Exactly. If this was your first opiate binge OP, don't give it a second thought, you'll feel slightly off for a day, if even that.

Past addicts however would certainly experience full on withdrawal. Personally I feel like shit for a day after I use for a day, 3 days of WD for two days of using, and full blown withdrawal fun if I use for three days in a row or more.

Also, each withdrawal tends to be worse than the last one, so tread very very carefully. For most users prone to binging, it becomes a lifelong obsession, and at a certain point/age the WDs will be too bad to go through, leaving substitution as the only alternative. (Although many don't even get that far, opiates may be relatively benign healthwise, but the lifestyle that goes with a real habit certainly isn't...)

If you know that you've an addictive personality OP, you should probably treat this as a once in a lifetime thing. I'm not trying to limit or criticise you here, just wanted to give a little piece of advice, either to take or not, it's your decision after all.

But trust the junkies here on BL, we all were weekend warriors once.

All the best.

Yes I rode the H train for 7 years of course I'V sick part is it only took to days of snorting before I wanted
To inject and then the rest is history I quit heroin 6 months ago and just to get
Off I had to be placed in ICU recieve a blood transfusion,NG tube, and then put into a
Chemical induced coma I guess idk I woke 7 days later with a super low methadone daily
Which was tapered over the next 7 days and I walked away from addiction to H pain free

Also just if ur wondering no this was not rapid detox this was me getting arrested and when I got downtown all hell broke loose vomiting so hard eventually my stomach ripped itself and massive amounts of blood were vomitted out drop in blood pressure and the loss of consciousness I gotta give thanks to the dope boys who kept hitting emergency call on the rock eventually I was ambulances to the Hospital where 7 days later I woke up with NG tube sticking out anyways yes withdrawal can kill you
