this is my first post,Well im kinda expierienced with opiates like percocet, norcos,Lean, tussionex and Morphine once.so i got 10 5-325 norco and 20 tylenol 3 with codeine 30-300,i have a very small tolerance, and i want to know how i can make these last me as long as i can.I was thinking about a CWE on the codeine but ive never done one. does anyone have any good ideas or know any good potentiators?

The only thing I can recommend is using the smallest dose possible and use a potientiator. The less you need, the longer it will last.

Potentiation is pro :)

At first you're using 20mg d-amphetamine and the next thing you know, you're now using d-amphatamine+ranitidine HCl+Caffeine+Codeine+APAP so instead of using 1 drug, you're using 5 and each of the 5 can be further potentiated.

And then you're like Michael Jackson...nuff said. LOL

You are right tolerance does build up. I am very sincsitive (sp?) to opiates. I first started taking 1/2 of Tylenol 3 (2) times a day then moved up to a 1/4 of a lorcet 2 times a day. Then it increased up to 1 whole lorcet at a time. first 2 times a day then up to 4 times a day. This took about 2 years i guess. Now I'm working my way back down. I'm taking 1/2 doses of norco 10/325mg 4 times a day. This is my second day though.

Point being use the least amount and you will end up having to take more for the same effect in the future. It's called tolerance. It would be nice to take a 1/4 of a tab and be on cloud 9 again :)

^This.

Often people begin their addiction by starting with doses that are too high (often those who are immediately seeking "the nod"), resulting in a lot of time missing out on great effects from lower dosing.

Amen to that! I'm at the point now where anything less than 60-90mg of immediate release oxycodone does absolutely nothing to relieve my pain...along with 100mcg Fentanyl patch.
I do remember the time, however, when 5/500 hydrocodone or 5mg oxycodone would do the trick.
My suggestion is, don't give in so easily to that little voice (if you have a little voice yet lol) that says, "Hmm, a bit more won't hurt". Like it's been said, that little more can lead to a killer tolerance fast!!
Good luck!
