At home %) is the freedom to do what suits you and yours - for us M1 heavy nice combo of meph and whatever we fancy (looking at you 2Cs).

There should be no peer pressure on what you should do or what's the right combo - it really is that personal and variable. Don't let anyone persuade you different...this is about personal enjoyment not signing up to some random trendy group worth of drug extreme :)

thanks, reminded me I need to get some more M1, gives me comedowns the meph/M1 combo, brainzaps even if more than one M1 redose, only had one SERIOUS brainzap, and that was after 2 days of meph/M1 combos.....so now we normally start with M1/meph combo, then just meph till we can't do any more....

Not had any M1 for a few months now though <3

you ever try it on its own kate? I'm sure you once said you liked it on its own...I've never tried it without meph.
 
This is fucking wicked crystal. Last dosed 60 mins ago and feeling like I'll get enough sleep to play cricket all day tomorrow.
 
Methylone gave me the worst comedown of my life. I'd done it quite a few times and only really hated the residual stimulation. The last time I did it, I didn't feel right for the best part of a week. I do often say that cathinones really don't agree with me. The comedowns are way worse than big MDxx and speed sessions - in my opinion, obviously. We're all wired differently.
 
Has anyone had a heart test, since starting meph? I'm really interested to see if the whole heart valve thing is true. Does anyone get the good old blue knees, etc.?

i havnt had my heart tested but my knees still go pretty red/blue most of the time. i have only taken meph once since i stopped it after the ban.
 
red/purple knuckles, bluey knees, pins n needles, numb hands. nah i should get my heart checked though, ticker hasnt been right since. palps after too much coffee and stuff, never used to do that before

I've had heart tests to see if I fit enough for anaesthesia etc, and been on monitoring equipment during operations, and post-op...

i even mentioned pre-op that I thought I needed a heart check so they didn't just skim over that.

They said my heart is superhealthy, i had done mephedrone about 2 days previous, and had been doing so at least twice weekly for probably a year or so....
 
I haven't done meph an awful lot but i've had a proper heart ultrasound and several ECGs and everythings normal. I dunno if some people who have been going mad on it might have enlarged something or another.
 
It's definitely not beneficial for the heart in the slightest, I went mad on the stuff a while back and after a long break (atleast a year and a half now) I can finally sleep okay on my left side. Before the break I was having serious trouble while laying in bed on my left side of my body, my heart would get a real strain on it and i'd have heart palpitaions which would keep me up. I've not had any medical tests done but it has definitely got better with time.
 
after a sesh i would lie in bed n all i could feel was my heart banging away, felt like my whole body was moving. dont think ive ever had any chest pains but deff done some damage i reckon. had all sorts of weird heart feelings, did hoof up a lot of dodgy shit after the ban thinking it was meph, may have been, fuck knows. although ive hardly done any of it for ages now, deff feeling much better
 
Hearts generally don't generally just spontaneously heal themselves after you've damaged them. Even if you just had an atrial flutter that wouldn't go away without surgical correction. Palpitations come with the territory with any stimulant use/abuse.
 
Im quite young, maybe thats a factor into my heart healing itself over the year and a half? Like I said I never had any tests or diagnosis's done but you know yourself when something isn't right with your body, you can just tell.
 
The other night at a party, I brought 2 grams of meph with me, had two small lines of the stuff throughout the night, the thought never occurred to take any more, completely forgot about it. As I've said before, I just don't fiend =D
Although, it was mighty stuff, smells so nice, haha.
