Is railing no.3 heroin with vitamin c efficient?

As many as you well know, European heroin is base (no.3) apposed North American heroin hcl (no.4). Because of this, no.3 is not meant for railing, but rather smoking.

My question is, can raw no.3 heroin be mixed with ascorbic acid (vitamin c powder) and then snorted, therefore acidifying the nose and allowing for better BA? Or rather, could the ascorbic acid be snorted prior to the no.3 heroin?

I understand smoking is the best route of administration for no.3, but if there was a viable method of snorting base heroin that didn't waste a considerable amount then that would be very delightful.

Could work. For best effects, you'd wanna try cooking it up though, ie. heating it with a bit of water too and then leaving it to dry off (or just pipetting the liquid up your nose)

Would muriatic acid (hcl) from the hardware store work? Or do most brands use dangerous contaminents?
