Tis a sunny ace day, if a bit windy, and I'm planting shitz in the garden while takin care of Dadio, since he's now been jailsprung from hospital

bought a coupla bottles of this from B & M the other day and wish I'd bought more. It's lovely. ice cold helps

was on spesh for 99p a bottle and they're big mofos - 640ml and 5% abv ... they had loads of it so I may have to stock up at that price and it can replace cider for a while.

anyone else tried it, or know anything about it?

[edit] and as I'm drinking it from the bottle, I'd just like to clarify that I know how to pour a bottle of beer, and it ain't like the abortion in the picture

The only beer in Laos. Its ok but nothing special like they make it out to be in Laos. Laos, on the other hand, is the finest country in the world.

They have a better drink. Lao-Lao Whisky. Firewater to you and me.

Never been to laos, never drunk that beer or heard of it. But Bargains and Madness sounding better and better the more I hear of it, thassa good price if the beer is okay.

And I don't like that massive head on beer, a lot of countries seem to do it deliberately, Spain, they always serve their little canas with a massive heed on it. I seem to remember them doing the same in Poland too. In fact, we might even be the odd ones.

The sun has come out and it's making me want to drink cider. I have around £3.50 to my name so I can afford 2 bottles of Westons Vintage and I'm tempted to spend the last of my money on it. Meant to be off it but fuck it.

I didn't know you got Beer Lao in the UK. Did they have the dark beer stuff too?

I drank a lot of it in Laos. Floating down a river, passing by mountains and rainforest, Beer Lao in hand. Bliss! <3

The same brewery makes multiple types of beer, the standard lager that Marmalade has, a dark beer and a light beer. All are not bad. Stick the Lao Lao whisky in a bucket with some coke, red bull, ice and lime and it tastes just fine. ;)

You think you'll go back to Laos SHM? I liked it but it's not my favourite country in the world. I don't feel any need to go and explore further.
 
The shops were sold out of Westons so I HAD to buy 2 bottles of shitty Bulmers instead so I didn't look like a dick walking into a shop then walking back out with nothing. ;)

Only £1.39 for a big bottle.
