Dear good lord, my legs are especially sore this evening... Times like these I wish I had saved some extra Oxy :\

A situation I can now understand, Trammies. And one I'm already making efforts (or at least sparing a small consideration now and then) to avoid. Oxy is nice but has some uniquely challenging effects, I'd say. Specifically the fiending and unbelievably rapid buildup of tolerance with a steep ol' fall to follow. Have noticed it after even just a few days of hammering the stuff a bit. Thank fuck for OxyContin to make up for the rapidly diminishing supply of OxyNorm. That and the knowledge there's still plenty of both around and still paying less than a tenner a strip for 'em. Not entirely sure whther that's gonna work out as a help or hindrance over the next lil while tho... 8)

Ah well. In ferra penny... *sniff*

some men can do with an extra pound of flesh here and there

Actually getting pressure sores on my one elbow from typing one handed to keep up with you guys.. Not like I can have a doll to help either

Whoooft your man is off his barnet like. Proper odd ball of a cunt. So funny though, think this has made me realise I spend to much time trolling utterly stupid shit on facebook lol.

This dude is pretty far off it too. Dave OG Miles ; not his best work by a long shot lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCR1iQ0Zhic he's on facebook too his shouts are pretty funny shit.

Welsh gang* rapman has been amusing me too. Does seem to think he's the bloke out of The Streets but does do it better than most that try it.

I've actually worn one elbow smooth from leaning on it so much. True story.

What does your pancreas shouting sound/feel like? I'm pretty sure mine must have done it's first words, not so much Daddy as Cunt!
Well, when enzymes are eating at it, it's the worst pain I've ever experienced.
In hospital I was on DHC and Paracetamol for slight pain relief but I was constantly pressing the buzzer so a nurse would come with some Oramorph so I wasn't doubled over in pain wanting to pass out so I didn't have to feel it.

If last time the pain was 10/10, today was probably a 5-6/10.

Your abdomen feels like it's been really badly bruised and someone is twatting it with a stick constantly, and your lumber back aches horribly.
Fuck..... Just remembered how fucking painful it was.

If you're having any abdomenal pain Shammy then go get some physical and blood tests mate <3
If you look up Pancreatitis and it's possible effects / outcomes.... Urg... :|

Proof. (If proof be need be) that opiates > booze.
Do you mean that Opiates lead to Booze, or that they're equal in damage?
Sorry - Not with it tonight.

Oh without doubt - Booze is fuckin shite. Very good for escapism though and less pricey:|
Still. It's shit.

Aha, I agree with that, certainly, tolerance doesn't even give you a chance to have a good go at it before you end up forking out twice as much on your next order as you were the previous. Even a noticeable difference from night one across to night two. But of course, it is delightful...
...indeed, delightful. <3
Aside from the "gastrointestinal problems". Must say it seems much worse with Oxy than anything else I've tried!

Legs are continuing to get worse as the night progresses, haven't had this in a while. If I didn't need to be "all there" tomorrow, I'd down a substantial amount of alcohol to send me away to dreamyland...

^ Oddly enough, gutblock hasn't been much of a problem for me with oxy. Certainly far less so than it is on codeine. And Vauxhall Conference League stuff compared with morphine or smack.

I feel ya on the "kickylegs" (akasthesia?) thang. Is hands down my ultimate bete noir of physical opi w/d symptoms. Cannot fuckin' stand it :!

Yup. That sounds familiar only with the volume way down (comparatively) in my case, Mosta. A bruised kinda dull ache on my lower-left abodomen just 'neath the ribs and a more painful ache round the back of the area concerned - lower back ache on the same side. Have had it for at least a year now so definitely ain't owt acute and the doc didn't seem to think it was a problem when I mentioned it. Has been causing increasing concern at its persistence but it just never seems to get really painful, swollen or owt. Is odd but definitely causing me some bother and ain't going anywhere anytime soon it seems :\

Have been thinking about going back to me doc and making it clear that it's actually properly bothering me and would definitely like a bit more considered response than "oh it's probably just gall stones - lay off the fatty food" I got last time. Even if he may well have a point there too :o

Your post has made up my mind for me - will make an appointment next week if only for the sake of peace of mind. Just know it'll involve fuckin' blood tests though. Which is a problem unfortunately. Ho-hum. Better tell 'em to get the nurse to clear her diary for the day 8)

Weirdly I don't get that bad from Codeine, but multiple day ise definitely causes problems, haha.

Ah, not quite restless legs, nor is it from opiate withdrawals. I have "grasshopper knees" (patella alta). Essentially both my knees are over two inches too high., which causes my knees to be under many times more pressure and stress than they shoul be. My doctor says "it's a miracle I can even walk" apparently. ;)
They're the highest he's ever seen and I think he wants to do a paper on them.
I've to get surgery on them, a Fulkerson's Osteotomy, to get them lowered. One leg this summer, the other leg the next.

You have grasshopper knees? Give 'em back to the grasshopper yer thievin' junky cunt ya! :!

Other than that I must admit that's a new one on me. Congrats. (sorta). You know wot I mean. If you're gonna have a medical condition the obscure ones definitely have a certain chic about them. My brother had one that was unique. They named it after the surgeon rather than the patient though (which rather pissed me brother off). Can't remember what they called it but know it involved arteries and/or veins and was freaky as fuck.

Good luck with the surgery (and the time between surgeries when I'd imagine you'll have a distinct limp ;)) <3

Aye, it's always more interesting when it's something more unheard of, ;)
I almost like pulling out the "miracle" line (moreso in person) because it's humourous seeing the reactions of people, which reminds me somewhat of my own when the doctor said it. (Kinda like ":O"). Although of course I feel like people think I'm grabbin for sympathy, haha.
The moment came along with a sigh of relief when it was finally confirmed the pain I've always felt isn't just in my head like various P.E teachers and mates would have me believe. ;)

Now illnesses with the circulatory system are much more scary, in comparison. I'd be pretty terrified if say I was going for a routine checkup sort of thing and the doctor was to suddenly start telling me my heart's a bit buggered, or whatnot.

Why thank you :D <3
I always did enjoy borrowing mate's crutches. ;)

I'm really glad to hear you're gunna make an appt. :)
The blood tests will be able to conclude if there are excess enzymes that are causing the pain. But yea man, I don't wish such a condition on anyone <3
