Does this weed look alright to you?

So I got this weed the other day.
It sure smells strong like weed and I smoked it and I guess its only pretty average but my other friend was saying it looks weird because its dark and he reckoned it was sprayed with something (that sounds crazy)

When you smoked it - was it unusual in any way? did it have a fucked up taste? was the ash rock hard? did the joint kind of crack and fizzle?

If nobody had said it looks sprayed would you have any other reasoning to believe it was?

If the answers are no no and no, your friends chatting shit. :) (it's kind of hard to tell just from a photo as well my friend.)
 
Maybe it's just still fresh ?

Try putting it in the oven at 185 degrees for 2minutes. check every 30seconds to crumble a bit.
your weed will b stronger !
 
im having an alright week, im not sure how yours is shaping up with those nuggets though lol. sike we have no idea if your weed looks alright i'd say it looks like some outdoor and probably not the best but i doubt its not serving its purpose(to get you high) and if it serving its purpose fugg it.
 
The picture is of poor quality and it's impossible to tell whether it's been sprayed, but it looks like poor quality weed form what I can see and I personally wouldn't bother to smoke it.

That shit looks plenty good to me. A bit leafy and certainly not the best, but there are plenty of crystals there
 
Looks fine to me, impossible to assess quality in detail from those shitty pics but it clearly has visible trichomes even though its not super well manicured.

I am pretty sure you are in Australia right? I am too and in ten years of smoking I have only come across purple shit a couple of times, your friends reference to it being "dark" makes me think he has never heard of purple weed before and that is why he thinks it has been sprayed. I really doubt it has been sprayed though.

It may not be fantastic weed but I bet it has a sleepy stone when you get there, as I understand it most, if not all, purple strains are heavily indica dominant.

Have to agree it sounds ridiculous for someone to say they wouldn't smoke that. Maybe you wouldn't PAY for it if you have consistently available high quality smoke, but why would anyone turn down a free smoke of what looks like decent weed. Dirt weed is one thing but anyone saying they wouldn't smoke the OP's weed for free or in times of desperation is full of shit imho. Your the same guy that not long ago was trying to tell a mod that their potted plant which they KNEW for a fact wasn't weed was actually weed, right? LOL

Oh right this weed.. Lol you cant really tell though, im pretty sure ive got adulterated weed.
The thing you can do is search online for 'contaminated weed' 'grit weed' and stuff like that.

Contaminated weed will give you a sore throat, bad cough etc, and is more likely to give you respiratory disease. Unfortunately sprayed weed does happen.
 
Nothing wrong with it, but it doesnt matter what we think, there no way for any of us to smell or in any way really give you an awnser about if your weed is okay to smoke.

That is why there are no identification threads allowed on bluelight, if we say thats okay and you smoke it, and it turns out it was covered in pcp, but we couldnt tell and you tripped out. That would be bad bad bad.

I dont think there is anything wrong with it, but dont create anymore threads like this
