Yes it really does. It's a nasty combo of codeine, iodine, and sulfer (from match heads) all mixed up to give you a heroin like high. Since heroin is getting scarce in russia and siberia they are resorting to codeine based concoctions - such as Krokodil. It's nasty nasty stuff. Will eat your whole arm right off.
