Yeah, carefully study & compare several teks so that you can get a good visualization of the base process as well as the variations. There's even one out there that has step by step photos.

STB is fine for Mimosa Hostillis Root Bark (MHRB). And definitely get the powdered - far simpler than trying to grind it yourself.

thank you again...i was at a music fest where i'd heard of people having it and i was too dumb never to aquire any. i've been super interested ever since and am dying to exzperience it. i have even been listening to all of the experiences by people on youtube including joe rogans. i did however read somewhere that some of the powdered root bark was free of the actual active ingredients therefore a waste. however if thats not really the case then easily enough known companies have it. i understand we cant talk about who on here so i will leave it at that. however it seems that 1/4 lb of the powdered is about the same price as some other places 54g. maybe some places are just really high but if the 1/4 lb is really actually pretty cheap then i guess thats the way to go. i am smart enough to use every precaution and upon actually trying to experience it i would also use extreme caution with someone trusting by my side....everything i've read has indicated truly bizarre experiences however not actually scary like many people get off of salvia....thats a good thing bc i didnt care for salvia at all.

I do have common sense but im just double checking everything i guess considering im new to this. it seems there are things out there that would keep me from yielding any percentage worth the time in some situations....also with me being alone with only one other person that would be into something like this its not as if i need to make 200 doses or anything. anyways....i do appreciate you linking the nexus...it looks like i can find a lot of good info there too so i appreciate it. im actually doing a LOT of research on this before actually getting my hands into it. im just trying to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible bc it just seems too easy to be true therefor i want to make sure everything is right as well as make sure that the bark or bark powder i get is of good quality
