Do recommended dosages take into account MDMA's molar mass?

When it comes to dosage recommendations, is the difference in weight between pure MDMA and MDMA HCl taken into account? E.g. 120mg of MDMA HCl = 100mg pure MDMA

No, they don't, but almost all MDMA you procure will be the hydrochloride salt. MDMA freebase is an oily liquid.

The dosage reccomendations are for MDMA(HCl) pure mdma freebase is fairly caustic and unsuitable for ingestion, all dosages are for the HCl salt...

100% MDMA(HCl) is 100% MDMA, in regards to dosing and ingestion
