What drug subcultures do you least like?

Oh yeah? Well I can kick your ass.

I hate many of my fellow junkies, in a way that's just a little more personal than my distaste for crack heads and college aged drinkers. I sometimes think I'm the only one left with any honor in this world, only junkie I mean. Example. The first guy I scored with, he brought a few stamps with him. I open one up and there was barely anything in it. I was like, where's the junk? He goes, on the floor, you spilled it. it happens to the best of us. Fuck you! I may not have had any experience at that point but I am not that damn clueless.

I once got this older guy, a long time pill addict, started on H. He didn't adjust too well. He ended up owing my dope peddler 300$. No idea how it happened, but the pusher put the blame on me since I introduced them. This pusher was my only connection at the time and after this shit he "got busted" and had to go away... supposedly. And I had to kick this habit cold turkey. I put a curse on the guy. Subsequently he lost his job and wife, not saying that was my doing or anything, but the bastard was in the newspaper a while ago saying Rock n Roll and drugs don't mix. His band sucks either way. He's the biggest bastard around.

Some junkies are leaches. They don't have a steady source of income and they survive by taking people to their connection all day and stealing a couple bags from their stash saying either the guy shorted them or lying about the price and taking the extras. And they'll never give you their connections. Stay the fuck away from these people.

But the truth is, I relate and sympathize with all junkies and most of them are good people, and most of my small number of friends are into the shit. just a select few of them I wish death upon.

keeping connections is a dumb power play. i'm not going to be middlemanning you for some free bags, if we're friends enough to do drugs together we're friends enough to share dealers cuz we're using the same shit together.

I used to think the same thing.

Then when my connects would get screwed over by people I introduced them to, or have to deal with being annoyed by their antics and resent me for introducing them, or have to deal with them being dumbasses and doing things that might get my connect busted... I learned why keeping connections private is a good thing.

I'm not going to lose my connect because I introduced a friend and my friend decided to do something stupid. Find your own.

I've become a pretty much VIP customer for my connects, because I never make them deal with bullshit, never ask for free stuff, or introduce them to dumbasses, and will only introduce a connect to another connect so they can go about their mutual business relations.

yeah but how did you get your connects.minedon't hold meresponsible for otherpeople. at least,i would hope they wouldn't but nothings comeup.

Through people who knew me well enough to know I am trust worthy, respectful and not a dumb ass for the first few times I met a connect.

After that, it's almost always been through my connects that I met other ones. I ask them where to find something, they introduce me to someone they trust to introduce me to.

I hold it against my connect if they introduce me to someone who screws me over, just as I'd expect them to hold it against me if I introduce them to someone who screws them over.

Reimbursed a connect of mine for almost a grand once because someone I introduced them to screwed them over once. That was the -last- time I introduced someone to a connect of mine.

I love my connects, they give me what I want and can't get on my own, so I'll do whatever I can to make sure they're safe and taken care of.

Over here, I guess stimulant addicts. Violent, paranoid, delusional people who are very unpredictable. For some reason they like to mix heroic amounts of different meds too, making them even more unpredictable. Not too long ago a group of stimulant junkies high on MDPV (binging) decided to kill one of their "friends" who was with them and chop him into pieces. Fortunately this group tends to be quite localized to other parts of the city, far away from where I live.

Downer junkies seem to keep by themselves pretty much, it's rare to see anyone nodding out publicly. The speed heads are just very visible in their appearance and behaviour. Some shoot up in the subway, totally ignoring everything. Stoners keep to themselves too, probably too lazy to move around much :D

no its not. Ive never met anyone who acted like the 2nd guy
It was an exaggeration and dude I like stoners but there sadly are some who act like this. When you smoke weed with so many different people you sadly run into some of these losers. I don't dislike stoners though I just thought that was funny.

Anyone coming down from anything....JKJK but in all seriousness this:

I don't hate any particular DRUG subculture, but I do dislike the aggressive, violent type of user of any substance. I have met people from practically every drug subculture and been a part of many (junkie, tweaker, pothead, alcoholic), so I guess I just don't like aggressive, violent people more so than the their DOC. I have met speed freaks and alcoholics who are the nicest most kind people, and stoners/junikies/whatever that are the most aggressive and volatile people around. I think that if you are a hostile and aggressive person it shows pretty much no matter the drug. It just happens that drugs (and it seems particularly uppers/stimulants and alcohol) can bring out the most aggressive and violent behavior a person is capable of, just my two cents.

Let's face it, there are good and bad people of ANY subculture, drugs included. I just can't cope with folks who hate on anybody who isn't into their particular drug of choice.

That said, a person who was not nice anyway and gets hooked on a particularly addictive drug...well, yes, they will become quite evil. And anyone who enjoys a drug that makes them violent? Well, they had issues to begin with.

I hate crackheads most just because of their sticky fingers and here in los angeles they roam the streets all day and nite trying to score some change to cop dope and they'll harass you until you give in. And they just creep me out esp at nite when I got to seven eleven and they're all chilling at the entrance with their bugged out eyes and weird stares. I also hate junkies who guard their connect with their life and can only get high scoring for other people. Also hate dirty iv users. I'm an iv User but cmon ppl I hate walking into a house with capless needles everywhere!
my fav subcult is tweakers they amuse me and are so creative I always have fun w tweakers. I'm a tar junkie and tweak once in a blue moon

I also hate people who hate on tar junkies we don't all live on sidewalks and have hep or Hiv. Automatically ppl think I'm diseased when they find out I do dope but I'm the cleanest junkie I know and people don't even know im a junkie unless I tell them. Tar junkies have such a bad rap! I do hate junkies that bitch about being sick all the time if you cant maintain your habit that's obviously a sign you should stop for a bit:p

I agree with you partially, I have homies I do dope with but would never introduce them to my connect because I know they would fuck him over. In my circle everyone has their own connects, if someones connect falls thru and I happen to be copping ill hook them up to free but still wont introduce them. I found my connects out on th street but here in la that's easier to do. Back in Alaska you have no choice but to go thru a middleman I use to live out there and its hell for a junkie. My opinion on connects is each to your own

Stim heads: Crackheads, meth heads, adderall faces.. I'm a pretty introverted person and I hate getting stuck near these people.. so god damn annoying.

Second in line comes the opiate fiends, because it's just sad to be around them.

To be honest? Pot heads. I can't stand how they act like anyone who doesn't smoke/enjoy weed is a freak of nature. I also think they're the most likely to "flaunt" their drug use and try to act hardcore.
