If you find your self blocked from a site go to google and search for 'http bypass proxy' or similar. One of the sites on offer should see you accessing any website you wish. Just be carefull when accessing sites via this method as theoretically the owners of said sites could use them to harvest login details, i'm not sure how valuable BL login details are worth on the blackmarket but it's definitely something to be aware of.

On-topic: I am tempted to contact O2 about why they believe you need to be 18 to access this site. There is nothing about that on BL, so why do it? Drugs are illegal for everyone, not just minors :D

Yeh, this is true, it was definitely blocked as switching wifi off brought it back. I'm pretty sure I've had this happen in a hotel too.
 
I suppose if you're going to be banned you may as well do something to earn it. Feel free to post pics of those intimate tats, we could attract a whole new demographic. No, MrSmokesBlunts, I don't mean you.

Have you guys really lost touch with wider society this much? They hate our drug use, and consider it adult content in and of itself. I don't particularly think i'd want my young children on here.
 
^ i would much rather my 16 year old child read bluelight and learnt harm reduction than took the drugs mindlessly and came to harm.. we don't promote drug use here, we educate and try to keep people safe. that's the idea, anyway..
 
Yeah I was going to add I have no problem with children in their late teens getting educated, but this site is hardly appropriate for children under 11 whom the web nannies are primarily put in place to protect. If anything just for the sheer amount of swearing.

The proxy filtering software will have added those proxy lists to their banned sites as well ;)
You could access a site through google translate.

I hate my country's conservative political party and their institutional nihilism, but that doesn't mean I block Republican websites because I believe they promote nothing but racism and discord. I know nothing about the legal boundaries of freedom of expression across the pond, but at least if I ran a library, personal taste would not factor into it.

I first came onto this site when I was 17. I would be dead if I did not find this site.
 
^ indeed. for the record, i don't have a 16 year old child :D but if i did, i'd want them to be a bluelighter. msb fair dos you might not want an 11 year old access to the lounge nudie thread etc, but there are plenty of worse things they can stumble across on the internet..
