That's the version I have saved. Video made by someone as in love with the beautiful Donna as myself. She's gorgeous. Probably not quite so gorgeous now like.

Sadly this State of Independence was an awful video.

This, Love To LoveIMO was her sexiest song, just oozes it...before I Feel Love, more funk sound to it, Moroder at the helm again

I Feel Love rocked my world ever since I first heard it in my pre-pubescent years. I only found out what it was called a few years back and it has become a mainstay of my media library ever since.

I fucking LOVE this version too.

The Who - Baba O'riley

Been needing to play this song up full volume since having a conversation last night during a brown and white session with a mate, I announced that the beginning to the song, was compiled using statistics from the audience, which were then put into a synthesizer to form the tune. I didn't think I had the idea exactly correct, so didn't want to claim I was totally correct. As my memory isn't much to be trusted, it has holes in it put there by alcohol.

My mate wasn't trying to shoot me down, but said he thought i'd got a bit muddled up, but was on the right track, so wikipediea was brought out. Turns out I was very very close, as in they'd thought of the idea, but it never actually happened. Wiki was a bit vague actually in explaining the whole thing. Still though, fucking good tune! That and 'Won't get fooled again'.

This deserves its own special, post from me. I'm sure someone else has already posted it but no matter, one of my favorite records of all time, timeless but groundbreaking all in one, RIP Donna

DONNA SUMMER - I Feel Love <3<3

love The Who <3

Same as mate very few bands managed to produce such innovative music over such a long period of time, there was a great documentary on about them a few weeks back. The power house of Moon, Townsend and Etwistle with Daltry up front must have been an amazing thing to see live.

May be that's why this has been going round and round in my head for the last 2 days, odd you guts posted up about the who as I was going to post this anyhow:-

The Punk And The Godfather-The Who

what's the documentary called?

I saw the Who, but not till 1986, so not at their peak, still cracking night, very powerful, made a big impression on a 16year old me.
