Indeed the knockando of the subject is ME but I fear my promoter has a cheek full of tongue. The satire is very good, and I laughed for a while, but the satirist's target was most certainly not all right in the head on the night in question. :|
 
I only noticed it was back up last night just before I went to bed, top work from the support team, and IT project delivered ahead of schedule....only at BL with a cocktail of meth and Nootropics could such a trickery be delivered.

Never was so much owed by so few to so many...thanks people ;)
 
Missed all the BL drama as usual and also the downtime. Good to see the mobile skin back. :)

I'm back too, not sure why I disappeared, think I was just getting into watching spooks and playing fifa that I forgot about bluelight for a while.

Was hoping for a where is mugz thread but there was nothing to be seen :D nevermind

BL barely managed more than a coupla hours absence before it returned. Bloody drugged-up techy-types can't even stick to their own 24h downtime schedule 8)
 
There's been downtime? didn't even realise that. I thought that 10 days of no mugz after some constant post whoring may have got a where is he thread, but I guess I have been on my ps3 and some EADDers are on myy friends list so were just thinking I was taking a break.

We needs to organise a meet mr shammy, Wasn't there something said about july in brizzle way?
 
No date set but could definitely do with a minibreak fersure and Briz is always accomodating. Cashflow is a bit of an issue at the moment (well, more so than usual 8)) and things here are a bit up in the air but am trying to find ways and means... So yeah, no firm date but a generic "yeah" and hope for the best.
 
cashflow not to great here either :\ Considering selling my signed film posters, might have to take some photos of them and get them on ebay, maybe saving the fear and loathing one for myself as that one I really want framed in multicoloured psychedelic wood with all the UV protection and acid erosion protection on the background which would end up costing me about £100 at least, maybe more, could pay for it with the sales of some of the other posts though, I don't want to lose my panoramic LOTR one with every characters headshot on it with the actors sig underneath every head, that is a real great one. I do love my film posters but not really sure what value they are to me just sat in their cases never to be seen by anyone again.
 
Well at least you know you ain't quite a complete druggy fuckup yet, Mugz. If you have misgivings about selling prized personal possessions for short-term cash you probably shouldn't be selling 'em at all. Signed stuff is only of any real value if you treasure it for its own sake. Monetarily it's generally worth piss-all unless the celeb(s) concerned have been dead for years or never sign stuff usually.

my brando sig along with the rest of the cast on the godfather part one signed poster I got framed years ago and gave to my dad. Have quite a few with pacino and I think one or two with deniro, they're getting on a bit, not wanting to wish them dead though, want to see some more good films first.

I do have donnie darko signed by swayze and all the rest, not sure how much a swayze sig would fetch alongside the rest of the cast.

The old guys in LOTR have to be near to snuffing it too if they haven't already, that one is a goldmine waiting to happen to be honest.

I really don't want to sell them, I'd happily sell superman returns, heat, and maybe seven.

V: Could be an alt for the number 5... It's also short for "Virginity" some places too. Mostly Yank places though cos we don't have many of 'em over here. It's also the name of one of me fave TV proggies as a nipper - used to scare the shit outta me. Also the name of the remake of the selfsame TV proggy dontcha know? Only that one was shite. Apart from the woman who played "Anna" <3

Mugz: I'd probably try to hang on to the DeNiro and Pacino stuff cos they're not so well known for sitting around at signing sessions for hours dishing 'em out. That and cult/classic film memorobilia tends to go up in value. Anything mainstream like LOTR and that exists in sextuple-digit numbers probably. I'd still keep 'em if I liked the fillums enough though.

V is really special to me ( not the programme lol but I did like it)..Ive had visions of a V.. also V turned upside down on top like a freemason symbol. I was obsessed with it when I was on that high the other month.
V means N in Greek which is the first letter of my name. V is Venus who has been up to all sorts of celestial drama lately. Its symbolic in numerous other ways Could all be meaningful on some level..
I never quite connected it all together and why it kept appearing to me when I was on a higher level ( would say frequency but that sentence would have sounded so david ickey)

OK I will ( deep breath) V means a lot to me when I'm on a higher frequency.*. :sus:

Edit the new logo looks more like the symbol for a square root than a v

Skip the Ickeness, PolkaDot. You may be a bit nuts sometimes but you're not a total bellend with it ;)

I suspect anything that can be scratched in the dirt or daubed onto a surface in but a stroke or two tends to assume greater resonance than more complex symbols purely by reason of its likely antiquity.

Also, I sincerely doubt that whatever Venus is up to has precious little meaning above and beyond the fact that it's one of many large objects under the influence of gravity orbiting in a somwhat complex system of the others, subtly interacting constantly with 'em all and subject to the vagueries of the cosmic free-for-all pinball game of chance and relative laws and stuff. Probably.

EDIT: Doh! You're right on the square root symbol thing, PolkaDot. Knew it reminded me of summat other than the Sure ad. Square root of what though I wonder... Hmm...
