hate to re-vive such an old thread but I would love to see this disucssion continue!! I've only rolled at night....and through to the next morning but I am considering doing it during the day.
I'm going on vacation and I hate to loose an entire day b/c I'm feeling shitty, exhaused, and have an E-hangover from being awake for about 24hrs. We did this one time in PR. Took our E around 7pm thinking we were starting early, and we stood awake until the sun came up the next morning. That day went to shit. By the time we snapped out of it and dragg our ass down to the beach it was like 4pm...finally got an appitite, went to dinner and were ready to just go back to sleep by 10pm.total waste of a day on vacation.
So our next trip which is in a couple of weeks I am thinking of starting early...like 2pm or 3pm. That way if we stay up until 3am we still get in some decent sleep after we crash and can hopefully start the next day before noon!
