Benzos Alprazolam reation? (extreme blackout)

Hey guys, new to ODD for the most part but the other night I took 8mg of Xanax and I don't remember anything, I woke up in my bed sleeping shortways, head and feet hanging off the bed, clothes on and I had sent about 6 PERFECTLY composed messages to former women from my life saying how sorry I was for wronging them.

By this point, most of you are thinking "well no shit, you took 8mg of xanax!" But the thing is, i've been prescribed xanax and Clonazepam for years and NEVER blacked out from similar or even substantually higher doses. Anyone?

How long has it been since you took a dose that high? Your tolerance could have gone down.

On days I'm not prepping my mind for psychedelics, I take 2mg xanax and 2mg klonn the morning, 2mg xanax mid day, and 2mg klon at nigbt. So this doesnt seem right..

did you combine your xanax with any other drugs or alcohol?

If you normally take 2mg at a time rather than 8mg that would explain your blackout.

8mg and 2mg are totally different ballgames.

2mg is the highest dosage; so surely at 8 you are going to be out of it! I can take just .5 and lose a day of memory much less 8!

I was on daily benzodiazepine therapy for a decade and have many experiences like yours, it most certainly is due to the amount you ingested, although similar things can occur on smaller, or as-prescribed dosages.
