In regard to any despair about the dragons..... It seemed that they took a extra moment to show that only one of Calise's servant girl's had been killed. Not the one the dragons favor.
It's just a guess. I have no idea, but it did stand out to me.

They turned Theon into a little bitch. LOL I didn't really get that vibe from the books, but maybe I just imagined him wrong. I wish they would say more about Sansa. They are missing a lot of what she went through, and I think viewers are getting shafted on that front. Although, tbh, book 2 and 3 are a blur to me except for key points since it's been years since I read it.

The scene where the peasants revolt really didn't give it credit compared to the book. I'm such a book snob.

Theon struck me as someone who was of a shattered background (Greyjoy or Stark) and was insecure as a result. He was struck trying to figure out what his background meant.

The scene where that man's arm was torn off was GROSS. Were they just ripping him up or planning on eating him? Pure chaos.

I'm really curious about this lady Tellesa. What's she hiding? Who is she really? I know the majority of you all already know who read the books but it's having me guessing.

I haven't read the books but it's become seriously evident that they're gimping scenes by pinching pennies on just about everything imagineable. I bet the most expensive scene this season was the five seconds we see of that ghost the creepy woman with the nice knockers shat out. Not sure how much longer I'd be willing to watch such an epic story that's constantly being shoved back into a box when it's on the verge of breaking out.

the most expensive scene is yet to come, and honestly, i don't care. this series is trying to take thousand page books and stuff it into a season, and they are doing brilliantly. i'll go with scene splicing if it means we get more depth (like arya) with other things. i don't need to see every battle, i know battles. shouting and noise and shaky cams. i think they've done great with a 5mil/episode budget, i'd like to see someone else try.

omg, the purists are all over the place, i'm afraid to open my can of sardines ;p

anyway, it should be obvious by now that they have make things 'smaller'. it's a budget thing guys, unavoidable. i think with what they have they're doing an awesome job. and what was wrong with that scene exactly? they were on foot instead mounted but other then that? i thought it was powerful enough.

i love the changes personally. as long as they keep the end-game intact, they can change as much as they want. makes it that much more exciting to watch.

and there will be changes. the show runners stated couple of times that they are no longer adapting individual books as they did with AGoT (which was pretty damn faithful), they're now adapting the series as a whole.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I am LOVING the series. I was hoping for more episodes this season, and I thought they would have to with book 2 being bigger. The peasants revolting introduced the one chick who got raped by like 10 guys and got preggers, and she's in the castle in several scenes of the book afterward. Maybe they didn't want to make it too graphic.

I'm really just a book snob, but overall the series is fantastic. I'm just one of those people who wants to see it ALL in the movie too. Don't mind me. I'm just a huge fan of the books, and I want to see it all on the big screen.

Tyrion is freaking badass. He was badass in the books, though, and he's still my favorite 5 books later.

I'm gonna be bummed when it's over, but then there is true blood to keep me company on Sunday nights. :D

LOL no but sometimes I do when it's a show I really like. I dreamt I had sex with the guy from LOST back in 2008. Don't ask me why I remember the year, but yeah, I dreamt I had sex with the guy who played the leader of the Others. Forget his name. It was so real, it put me in a funk the next day. If I dream of a guy from GOT, and it has to be a guy who is still alive, I hope it's Jamie Lannister. HOT

Yes, I had a few GOT dreams while I was in the thick of reading the series, though I can't really remember anything about them other than that they were definitely *not* sex dreams. I have to be really, really into a book to dream about it; I think it's happened only once or twice before.
