When to take roxis if taken adderall earlier in day?

Hello,

I took 15mg of adderall(IR) around 12:30 for an exam I had today. I don't take adderall everyday....just periodically for studying/exams.

How long should I wait to take the roxis I have. I know if I take them too soon....I wont get that roxi high that I'm trying to get.

If anyone can help me out....that would be great!

Adderall IR peaks around the 8hr mark, so anything past that I think would be ideal. Subjectively speaking, I'd personally take it once you've "come down" enough from the amphet buzz you're getting.

There aren't any interactions other than the usual cautions toward mixing stimulants and CNS / respiratory depressants. Don't take your full normal dose of oxy if this is your first time combining them as they'll synergize slightly.
 
shit id say take half with the amphetamine and half when your comming down. pharmaceutical speedballs are one of my fav's. Not too dangerous either as long as you dont over do the doseage.
 
I don't think it matters at all. I take adderall with opiates quite frequently and still get a great opiate high, I just don't nod (which I don't mind at all because I usually use opiates while I'm out and about during the day)...

If you're specifically trying to nod, you may be kinda out of luck. Adderall has a pretty long half-life and Roxy isn't exactly the most sedating opiate.

If you're just trying to get high, take it as you normally would and you should be fine. Might just have a bit of a speedy high.

I had always thought that IR (intermediate release) is ~8hr, and XR (extended release) was ~12hr. Let me find something to corroborate or disprove this.

Just found this on a forum FOR adderall basically. Looks like I'm off by 4hr on each one; IR peaks in 4hr, XR in 8 - rather than 8 and 12.
 
he also said he has no tolerance so he might feel it for longer than 8 hours.
 
That graph shows that the peak of the XR medication is at the 8hr mark, not that the drug lasts 8 hours. Similarly for the IR medication; the second increase can be ignored and the mean line brought back lower to detail how that would look (and my head shows the very end to be in the 16hr area).
 
Perhaps it doens't matter all that much but isn't adderall not specifically d-amp or l-amp? rather a hodge-podge of different amphetamine salts?

Does that have any bearing on that graph Pj?
in terms of the graph referring just to d-amp or l-amp versus some strange mixture of them which is adderal.
 
whattt? 8 hour it peaks. I don't care what that graph says, IR adderall peaks at 1 hour. And you come off it at around 4 hours with an average dose.

Read the legend: that 20mg IR, 10mg taken at time: 0, and 10mg taken at time: 4
