yea would be fully over doing it pumping full of that stuff combined with what i eat, only got it to supplement me for a lack of decent diet ages ago. not really needed now. 5-htp makes me feel kinda... i dunno. good.. ish. 100mg seems to be fine for me, once or twice a week, if i take too much too often i get anxious, jittery, cant sleep, feel quite odd from it. hardly bother with it now ive been off the serotonin effecting chems. gotta be careful with that 5-htp think it interacts with other things or something

not sure what to make of piracetam. quite like it, although its supposed to be taken every day etc for the proper effects. find it works as a good apatite suppressant though. made grumpy as fuck awhile back so stopped taking it. sometimes makes me randomly wake up during the night wide awake n stuff, vitamin D also does that. although could be conisdene
 
big fan of 5-htp myself. regularly take 300-400mg in one pop before bed after a serotonin depleting session.

Nailed 500mg of 6-apb over the weekend. Very tired but no real depression or low. Was like that all last year when i was hammering the mdma.

edit:- i also find taking 5-htp during the daytime make me feel a little pukey
 
Are those melatonin pills any good?

They work well for me so long as I don't take them too often. There's no recreational potential to speak of, but it does make you feel naturally sleepy even after a stim or MXE session. It's quite a potent anti oxidant as well and supposedly has anti aging effects.


I used to get sick when I first started taking 5-HTP, but if I take it at night just before I go to bed instead of during the day I wake up feeling really good. I went through 2 grams of MDAI not so long ago In a very short space of time and I was feeling quite apathetic by the end of the binge. 5-HTP really helps for stuff like that with me. But yeah, you do have to be careful with what you take it with. I forgot I'd taken it one day and then did 500mg of tramadol later on in the day. I got heart palpitations and felt on edge for hours. I doubt it was a serious enough interaction to cause serotonin syndrome, but it's still not something I'd like to repeat!
 
My Alfalfa powder arrived yesterday, and I dosed this morning. Bloody hell, it's so detoxifying, the reviews were right - Be next to a toilet.

I hope it calms down soon, as I cant be squat hovering over the manky club loo's tonight..

I've started having a few vapes of weed a night, and i've been reading about on it's effects on bodybuilding. Some studies say it can decrease testosterone, and it seems like my gains are worse when I smoke, but others say it's fine. What does everyone else find?

Had a brilliant work out today! Think the sun outside and a sober friday have inspired me!

Started a diary of my diet and work outs now. I'll fire it up for anyone who's interested.

Stretches
100 sit ups
100 stomach crunches
50 side sit ups (for the 'V' stomach) on each side
6 sets of 12 reps on flat bench press
5 sets of 12 reps on incline bench press
3 sets of 8 reps on incline flys
3 sets of 8 reps on flat bench flys
3 sets of 12 reps bent over rows
3 sets of 12 reps squats
2 sets of 8 reps grab and pull
3 sets of 10 reps chin ups
3 sets of 20 reps dumbells

That's basically my adapted saturday whole body work out. Also been for a 3 mile jog in the morning and walked the dog round the same circuit half an hour ago.

You can kind of see the weak areas where I did less reps in a set. Back is looking good when I tense it aswell, but chest is definately the strongest part of me.

Writing down everything you eat, drink and all exercise is definately the way forward. I figure this way I'll be able to see what's going on, progress and where the blips are etc.
 
Did a fantastic workout myself today:

1000 clapping press-ups.
1000 sit-ups.
500 pull ups
bench press 200kg x 100 reps
400kg dead lifts x 50 reps
ten mile run in 30 minutes.
I'm aching a bit now but no pain no gain I guess.

I went to the tanning salon and oiled myself up with the boyz in the mirror.
 
How's everyone's training going? Mine is going pretty well, i'm still making good gains in strength and muscle. I should have my treadmill at the weekend.

not going too well at the moment, havent bothered to put the effort in. done some cardio and my physical job, but have lost interest in gaining mucles etc. gained some fat, gonna get rid of it
 
I've been doing OK since I got my new bench. Noticed quite a difference already and i've got 2.5kg of impact whey protein to help things along. My diet needs sorting out though. I've been eating a lot of crap for the past two weeks.

Im also doing well thanks. Alot more defination rather than bulking, which is good, though I would prefer to have bulked a little more, a little faster. It's been 2 months of a solid 3 day weight lifting routine now.

Whats kept the muscle off is my Cardio everyday. I've noticed it's slowed my gains and given definition, though I wont be stopping it. I couldn't live without my running. I just need to try and figure out when is best to do it. Rest days? Before weights? After weights? Any advice would be lush.
