Benzos Withdrawals

Okay, so i started withdrawals about 6 months ago using 4mg-10mg Klonopin a day and it's been horrible(psychosis, anger, etc.). I have 25mg ativan and I was wondering how i would tapper? I can get more ativan/klonopin... but im hopping i wont have to.
Also I have been taking 40mg ambien 6 times a month for the last 5 months also, I feel this has contributed to it...
either way i need a tapper and the internet isnt too helpful. Also if I am withdrawling from benzos and i start up again for a week or two.after those weeks will i go throught withdrawls again?

Hi. I'd suggest tapering .5mg to 1mg a day if you think you can handle. Or every other day. Your still going to have PAW (Post Acute Withdrawl) I suggest getting some Vularian root extrac or tea and some benedryl as well when you get down to 5mg and less.

yeah, do you take that dose in one day to get, like, psychedelec effects or whatever? I remember taking like 30mg I think after learning through work that it was actually a drug that some people 'abused' and happened to be spending the weekend with my parents. I remember nodding in the living room while watching TV with my parents and getting into an argument with my father. When sleeping (I think) I had a dream (or was awake and had a hallucination) of my father (who is in his 60's and uses a cane to ambulate) watching him crouching around outside the house in the middle of the night and running around like trying to spy on me or some shit. It was not pleasant and I have no desire to repeat that experience.

I take abien and find that if I take 20mg it doesn't work better than 10mg. and if I take 10mg more than once every few days it's effects are basically useless.

No idea how it's use/abuse will or will not impact benzo w/d but do think that it is an atypical benzo so worth investigating and understanding since your in it with it.

If you havent read up on the Ashton Manuel, google that and you'll find they recommend switching to diazepam because of its long half-life, although kpins also have a long half-life i guess diazepam is still preferred.

Diazepam is preferred over any other benzo when it comes to long-acting. Fuck clonazepam, IMO. Diazepam is the "gold standard" of benzos for a reason.
