You give me a good song :D
Put me on the spot now lol. Just quickly looking through the recently played history on Traktor the first thing that jumps out is this - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqjW64Ok95E

I like the Gramtik track. tons going on. definition of sound is great (& they've got a little bit of DoS the band going on for them too). classy. just listened to this which seems to be their version of a bond theme. overall, way too 'lounge bar trendy' band-wise for me to want to listen to them regularly, but they are decent.
they remind me of a mix between Definition of Sound, Portishead, Frontier Psychiatrist (<--that track) ... with a bit of Moondog's Bird's Lament (used by Mr Scruff)

I don't know anybody above the age of 14 who does like Skrillex.
He's famously hated. Like Bieber.
Getting old? :D
Happens to us all. Embrace it.
This is good. Just enough going on to keep my interest and fill the silence, but not so much i'm distracted. I think it'd be good music to work to. It doesn't feel like it is busy enough to drugs but stims to though, and I spend the majority of my time high (well used to).
Where do the gospels contradict each other violently? In the vast majority of important areas like Jesus' teachings they validate each other, which is the whole point.
JOEY! %)
Check out this. Apologies for it being found on evilbible.com, but there are some of the main problems, mostly in the synoptic gospels but a few from elsewhere.
Though I suppose the second part of the quote above means it's moot, being a tacit admission that you believe it's the teachings that are important rather than the 'historical' context or the veracity (or otherwise) of the scribes' accounts. Which is entirely your call of course.
Right, that's my last bit of religion for today, if only because the irony of my current avatar being used in this context has set me up for the weekend.
They are hardly the violent contradictions you rested your argument on...
Not at all. I can't fucking stand Boys Noize, I have heard of but not knowingly heard Sebastian. I very much doubt I would like him.
Boys Noize absolutely destroyed a DJ set at a Pressure birthday a few years back though, Carl Craig was meant to headline but cancelled so Boys Noize got pushed up the bill. I'd never heard of him before. He was quality. I've seen him since though & thought he was awful, also think his own tunes are shite. I don't like that style at all, there's a few cunts at it.
Btw - When I shouted JOEY! at the end of that post it was in reference to the Joe Budden video I thought I had linked (but I fucked the link, corrected it now)
MSB - You can't back up one ridiculous book by saying "well at least it's not as ridiculous as that other book" lol.
I beg to differ but you're right - probably best to leave it there, eh?
Sorry, last point. The bible makes no claims to perfection.
This conversation is confusing. There doesn't seem to be anyone arguing that the Koran isn't total bullshit.
Sorry for being pure pedantic again but this is one thing that always gets on my tits.
Boys Noize is one guy. So he used to be good, then he went to shit
I think he was good that first time because no-one had heard of him, he had to play to the crowd a bit more, played what people actually wanted to hear. When I've seen him play more recently he's still playing what the crowd want to hear, but to a totally different crowd than that first time. A crowd of people who are there to see BOYS NOIZE WOOOOOYEAHHHH! & who also probably think there's more than one of him![]()
Erm... apart from claiming to be *the Word of God, perhaps? :D
