Stimulants meth and oxy(codone)

If I take meth orally would it be safe to take oxy orally also? Probably not at the same time but with a few hours or so in between. Ive smoed meth and then taken oxy.....but I really dont like smoking meth. thanks

The central nervous system effects of both drugs counteract in a way that will make you less susceptible to knowing a dangerous dose. Combining the drugs will not work to be harmful in the same way that say mixing an opiate and another CNS depressant will, however it may close your eyes to a dangerous situation that one of these substances may put your body in.

if u take meth earlier and it wears off u could way over dose on ur oc if u take it while still high on the stims. that would b a concern for me. so careful w that oxy dose i guess. ive never personally mixed em but this seems to be the main issue mixing stims and cns depressants like opiates benzos etc

Opiates and benzos suppress the central nervous system to the point of coma, respiratory depression and death.

Meth stimulates and oxy depresses. The two will counteract each other, however if you were to actually manage to overdose on one, (let's say the oxycodone) then if the methamphetamine wore off, it would put you in a dangerous situation.

As long as you stick to your safe doses, the combination is far from lethal. However uppers and downers allow the user to maintain unreasonably high doses of both substances without many side effects until it is too late. In the case of an overdose, this greatly complicates emergency medical treatment.

ive used oxy for a meth comedown before... never noticed any interactions.
