If you could time travel to the past 2000 years ago, what ONE thing would you take?

a digital camera ? would be interesting to see peoples take on being able to capture a photograph when back then royalty would stand in the same place for hours and hours just to be drawn and saved in history

The biggest set of encyclopedias that was published and just head straight to Rome. You'd have everyone eating out of your all conquering, knowledgeable hands in no time and just sit back on the throne and enjoy the blowjobs.

Or maybe a solar powered car and continue enjoying the blowjobs:D

for me, im with eff for the K and gabba (but id major my vote for breakcore :p )
but if i HAD to do it, id bring a free party/rave, thats one thing right? ;) nah id bring a musical device, agree with PsychNausia, cant live without my music, so a 100 and sumthing gigabyte ipod chalked full of every genre about :) besides any dubstep from 09+ :( :!
 
after a year though your ipod would be worthless unless you are cheating by including the solar charger as an addition to it.

I just had another idea of what I could bring back, I think I might bring back a cruise ship have the time machine place me in the ocean, would go and find some exotic honeys and have my own personal ship of love 8)

Err simply no chance at all, you would need a receiver and a transmitter and you think you could fashion these from bits of animal skin and may be the of bit of copper, I'm not sure exactly what we had around 2000 years ago but I life time wouldn't even get you the receiver......unless you took the A Team and their van with you ;)

I'd want nothing more than a simple video recorder, I'd find a particular person and follow them around a bit and have chat, I'm assuming I could return if not a Jesus locater, it would be interesting if nothing else.

Shame you picked 2000 years kind of makes me focus in on Jesus and all that stuff, I just wouldn't be able to resist the opportunity to know the real truth about what happened there given the impact it's had on the word since. It also makes researching on the net as to what was available tricky as all you get is Jesus hits.
 
I agree. Why do we only get to choose from the last 2000 crappy years and not the infinitely more intriguing ones that preceded them?
