where and how to get Heroin in cambodia/Phnom Phen

hello,

im planning to go there for a while and read some of you people where allready there and know the scene.
i read there is a "backpackerdistrict" where you could get easy all that stuff but, higher prices and lower quality. well, that's not exactly what im looking for... i really want to taste a 90/95 percent heroin and didn't really figured out where and how to get it...
any sugesstions for me how to get to the good?

and what about ketamine, does it take its rounds over there?

would be nice to get some answers or email adress so we could meet and take a drink together...who knows. ;)

Mods are probably gonna shut this thread down, since sourcing is against the rules, but I'd say the usual tactics apply. Go to the district where it's easily available, buy a few times, meet people, ask around and they should lead you to the good stuff.

Good luck and have fun :) I'd love to get my hands on some Cambodian H one day, I think a holiday is in the cards in a few years once I graduate.

This will definately be closed.

having been to cambodia, all I will say is that drugs will find you. You don't need to look.

On a word of warning, though compared to its neighbours Cambodia is one of the safer countries to buy drugs, getting arrested or set up is definately a possibility. Plenty of police do target tourists to make arrests and/or money.

Keep in mind penalities are severe, particularly for heroin (death sentence for trafficking). And if you were to go to jail the conditions would be hellish, as cambodia is a poor arse country.
