It could be any number of things.

There's no harm reduction in consuming random unknown substances.

depends on the product, but many contain amphetamines or cathinones...common ones include MDPV, 4-FA, 4-MEC, and Methylone

Except most of those are illegal now, so they just keep finding even shittier drugs to replace them.

^this... sure alot of these things do *something* e.g. get you high in one way or another but the vast majority are not well studied/understood... at least with the more established substances (MDMA, cocaine, etc..) we have decades of research so at least we can understand the risks involved with using them... with these other things its literally a crap shoot....
