Hi I am a oxy and fentanyl user, I'm in Perth

Can anyone tell me how to safely identify purity or things I should look for? Iv never used before and don't know what to look for.

I'm sorry if Iv broken any rules please edit this thread instead of deleting because this information could save me a lot of grief.

I'm a heavy fentanyl user up to 3 100mcg patches per day, sucking them

Didnt even think they made those... If thats legitimate (ps. half of one of those orally would likely kill most people) then I dont think that you have to worry about any street H being to potent for you my friend.

When you say sucking them, you literally mean just putting them in your mouth and sucking on them for a while?
Just out of curiosity, with a tolerance that enormous how much oxy do you have to take to even feel anything?
 
I wouldn't even bother with heroin with a habit like that. Fentanyl blows your tolerance through the roof, you're looking at hundreds of dollars a shot just to feel anything, I'd imagine.

I mean, in Australia, Fent is almost unheard of on the blackmarket. Unless you knew someone that was terminally ill etc, then you'd have chance to get hold of some fent thru them. but other than that. Its pretty much non-existent.

any other opiates are relatively easier to get hold of, compare to fent. In saying that, its still a bitch to get ahold of em anyways.

Me being an experienced drug user/abuser/connoisseur, I have only ever come accross Fent patches once, and yeah it was from a friends grandma, who had already passed away, and left some patches behind.
 
i always thought a 30mg oxycontin tablet IV'd was close to a point of average gear. If you get nothing from 200mg of oxy then i think you'd need to IV a gram of dope to get pinned. i've been perplexed when i've seen someone mull up a gram dose.

get on the methadone and drop the patches.... slowly reduce down to under 40mg and in 6 months you could start thinking about using heroin recreationally. If you're somehow getting the shit prescribed, then ask for something better. Hydromorphone would be my choice. Either way your tolerance needs to be addressed if you want to make using seem almost worthwhile
 
If you can get an assortment of prescription opiates then why bother with shitty street heroin? If your just starting out u will have a higher chance of getting shit quality stuff anyway. Most beginners are easy targets regarding purity and price. IMO just stick with the fent, oxys and etc. Fent is so much more potent than any heroin out there so why bother? Another thing to note that most people involved on the bottom of the heroin trade are fukwits to deal with. Ive always hated my heroin dealers who were users.

There actually some silly good junk getting around perth at the moment.
 
Good junk in Perth, shit i must still have my head in the sand. I'm in a similar boat to Sublimit, I found my last point of H to be v disappointing equating to 30-40mg of oxy prob (although I swapped more oxy than that for it :X ). For now I'll just stick with my sublime little white dillies (hydromorphone), sure the high may be short but daaaammmn that rush can fuck me harder than 2 $100 hookers with cocaine ready to blow off of their titties.

It's been awhile since I've used fent, and it's only been through IV vials, and I know I wouldn't choose it as my DOC but what everyone is saying rains true, you won't be able to get high off smack as you are unless you're making 6-7 figures, and even then it won't be worth it.
 
Last time I shot aussie smack I found 1 pt to be equal to about 80mg of oxy, and I was told that that was fairly average for quality :|

There is no easy way to test for purity, unless you want to go out and get a GC/MS or get into some chemistry.

could doing the same thing you do with coke to test its purity work?like get a certin ammount put it in water see how much disolves stright away (cos of H's high water soulabity) n see how much sticks up top or dosnt dissolve????just throwin it out there
