Tips/supplements to defeat Adderall comedown/demotivation?

So yeah, I'm pretty familiar with the day after a day of taking Adderall that usually involves a lot of sleep, a lack of motivation and eating anything that isn't bolted down. Any ways to combat this decently? Would taking dopamine precursor supplements like Theanine, Tyrosine, etc. help for something that short-term, the way people try to use 5-HTP or antidepressants after MDMA?

i'll make a few suggestions.
go to the pharmacy & buy an electrolyte drink. here in australia u can buy hydralyte.
take a multivitamin (make sure it has alot of the B group) & some fish oil. milk thistle is also a good antioxidant after eating a breakfast high in fiber.
dont drink to much caffeine as it makes ya dehydrated. either drink decaf or drink tea (isnt theanine in tea?).
if u can get ya hands on benzos like valium they will probably be the most effective.
if uve slept during the next day & have trouble sleeping the next night try an otc sleep aid. I found promethazine to be the best with least side effects but diphenhydramine or doxylamine would also work fine.
try drinking alot of green tea. use like 8 tea bags or something but make sure it's decaf.
if u cant get ahold of any downers like benzos u could also try cwe for a 400mg drink of codeine if ya feeling unwell. if u dont have a tolerance to opiates it should work well.
if u smoke try not to as it wont help u rest. if u cant try NRT.
sorry i cant be of more assistance. I dont know much about dopamine precursor supplements

Tyrosine is effective to get up your dopamine levels. Tyrosine is a precursor to neurotransmitters and increases plasma neurotransmitter levels (particularly dopamine and norepinephrine. It doesn't pass the blood-brain barrier easily and competes with other amino acids. So you have to take it 2-3 hours after a meal and wait 1 hour after taking it before eating food. Take it together with vitamin B6 and vitamin C to help with absorption.

You can compare taking Tyrosine for stimulant comedowns to taking 5-HTP after taking MDMA.

If you manage to get pregabalin (Lyrica), it does wonders for any comedown, pretty much erasing it completely. Benzo's are effective too. For comedowns long-acting benzo's like diazepam and clonazepam are best suited.

Acetyl-l-Carnitine and Alpha Lipoic Acid are extremely powerful antioxidants and especially Acetyl-l-Carnitine helps with motivation and focus.

this isn't safe advice, but the only pharmaceuticals i can think of that would help specifically with fatigue/demotivation would be opiates. at least, for my brain.

^, ^^, benzos would just help the rest period be more restful. they wouldn't help with the demotivation.

A safer alternative to qwe's post suggestion would be Kratom. It's not as euphoric or addictive as real opiates, and the additional stimulating properties are awesome for the transition from amphetamines to sobriety.

Back in freshman year of college, I liked to drink a little coffee while coming down, seemed to even out the feelings quite a bit.

well, kratom's active ingredients hit the mu-opioid receptor. it's a real opiate, it just has other effects layed on top as well.

If the OP takes lot of amph it will deplete the dopamine reserves, not completely but enough to feel extremely tired and lethargic for many days. Benzos and opiates won't help in this case. You need to try and get up your dopamine levels with e.g. Tyrosine. Your magnesium levels will drop too, I've experienced magnesium deficiency after using MPA many days in a row. Buy magnesium citrate to get your magnesium levels up too.
