Yeah I'm going to see the doctor today for the same purpose... it should be a walk in the park, just hope the pharmacy isn't out of adderall.
So I got my script... and I guess that I've developed a heart murmur? That's news to me, but my doctor doesn't seem too concerned about it...
But on the other hand, the dope i've been getting for the past month goes down so smooth and barely had any drip. It was really fucking good as well. You ever have good dope like that verso?
Well, yeah, but two things:
The dope I've had with very little burn to it... I still believe that there's more cut in it, but those bags also tend to be bigger, or, at least most of the time... so I still can catch a pretty good nod.
Basically, I look at a few different things when I get bags: I look at the size of the bags, the color of the dope, the consistency of the dope, and then, of course, how the dope feels going up my nose and the taste of it.
If the bag is fat, the color of the dope is nearly white, the consistency is kind of fluffy and it sort of "stands up" on itself, the taste is bitter and it burns going up my nose... then I've struck gold.
If the size of the bag is small, the color of the dope is more tan/brown, the consistency is either too fine
without that cotton-y quality or too gritty, and the taste is nearly non-existent and it has no burn to it... then I'm pissed.
But most of the time I'll get either very small bags with high-quality, fluffy white dope that tastes bitter, and I'm real happy with that, or I'll get dope that has been stepped on maybe once more, but the bags are
fat and so I'll be happy with that too...
