Opioids O-DSMT Megathread

Which substance is nearest to this one? Does the "original" Tramadol works like the O-DT?

The "original" tramadol also has effects on the serotonin system which o-dt doesn't, at least not significantly.

"Original" tramadol also lowers the seizure threshold, which, again, AFAIK, o-dt doesn't.

So original is unsafe in doses and many combinations where o-dt should be relatively safe.

As for other opioids, the only other substance I've tried seriously is poppy pod tea (so a combination of morphine, codeine and thebaine) and the similarities are obvious, but, strangely, I have been unable to nod on PPT in quite the same way as I nodded on o-dt. Yet I find PPT more sedating generally (I slept for 15 hours the other day after a larger and stronger cup than usual!) Mind you, I'm on an SSRI just now (and I was not when I was using o-dt) so that might change my response.

Has any other hard opiate user tried O-DMT? It seems like most of you guys using are RC people and a lot don't have much experience with harder opiates. As an Oxy user, I'm wondering if this substance would have any worth to me? I tried to get some a few pages back in this thread several months ago, but ended up with some sketchy shit that most likely wasn't O-DMT.

I'm VERY interested in hearing a heavier opiate users experiences with / thoughts on O-DMT.
 
Various BLers with opiate experience have expressed a liking for o-dt. They've even posted in this thread!
 
I havent read this thread thru since its 26 pages deep, but
Why isn't this stuff everywhere in the US? AS far as I can tell Federal Analogue Act only covers analogues of schedule I & II substances. And tramadol isn't even scheduled.
 
Good question. Most online vendors are asking wayyyyyy too much money for it, which is why I haven't tried it. I won't pay big bucks for a tramadol-esque product.
 
My understanding is that it's quite difficult to synthesize and the chinese lab that was producing it has stopped. I suppose that means someone has to stump up a sizeable amount of cash to persuade another lab to produce it.

Plus I don't think it's accurate to call it tramadol-esque.

It's largely responsible for good old µ-agonism. Tramadol has serotonergic activity lacking in o-dt.

I find it very similar to the poppy pod tea I've been drinking lately, so morphine & codeine. But I get a nod off o-dt that I have been unable to get from PPT. And it seems to hit faster (when plugged anyway).
 
Yes, well it certainly has piqued my interest being the first(?) opioid RC easily available online, but like I said it's high price has me deterred from this chemical, especially since I already have a substantial tolerance to more potent full-agonists.
 
Whenever I use this I always get a horrible come-down type effect off it. It gives a lovely, standard opiate high for the first couple of hours which leads onto extreme sleepiness and really bad nausea. This happens regardless of the dose (20-50mg) or RoA (oral/insufflation/plugged). I've read a couple of reports about this for o-desmethyltramadol and standard tramadol but i'm wondering if anyone else has had this or knows any way of countering it?
 
Guys PLEASE be careful. According to Wikipedia, they updated the page to reflect an apparent 9 deaths related to o-dmt overdose. PLEASE be careful. I'm sure there's much more dangerous RCs out there, but this has killed at least 9 people. And it doesn't state whether it was solely the O-DMT or it in combination with something else. It just states, "O-Desmethyltramadol Overdose"
 
I would have to say I saw someone IV 100mg, (wouldn't recommend IV'ing and if you do please Micron Filter) of this and they have a 120mg Oxy tolerance and they looked spastically fucked as if they had IV'd dope. Nodding, could only keep one eye open kept asking the same question over and over again.

I mean I'll stick to my prescription morphine, but it looks nice.
 
Hope that this comes back soon, seems the factories are having issues, not sure of the finer details but I can't understand why it is taking them so long to sort out whatever the problem was, just thinking about snorting a line of it now produces a memory and almost a slight real taste of the drip, lol. I miss the chemical.
 
I wish i could find some of this . I have looked everywhere on the net , but with no luck can not find any . I have a legal prescription for 30mg Roxicodone aka oxycodone I take about 7 a day now sometimes more I get 120 a month if I run out I have a friend who gets 90 a month and my dad gets 120 a month 2 so I have a real good supply and a very high tolerance and considering morphine does nothing to me unless i shoot it meaning I can not get a nice nod is it even possible with this to get a nod ? My drug of choice is oxycodone and heroin . I have tried oxymorphone <--- Good hard to come by though, hydromorphone <--- Its ok iv only though , hydrocodone <--- ok if it did not have apap in it , oxycodone <--- god of all what got me started best way of taking in order iv , snort , rectal , mouth . And morphine <--- Its ok iv only , Codeine <--- does nothing to me 500mg by mouth did not feel it at all . Heroin is tar where I live and is pretty strong nice rush and last longer then all the others and cheaper then oxycodone if I had to buy it .


But what im really asking is , if i take around 200+ mg oxycodone a day , How much of this should I start with if @ all ? And do yall eye it the amount or would I have to bring my scale out ?
 
Tell me about it. I am down to my last 0.5g. Was expecting it to be back within weeks, but now I doubt I'll be seeing it at all again. Quite a shame, really enjoyed it. Normally I detest plugging, but plugged odt was such a great experience. Wish I got over my reluctance towards it sooner. So many wasted (well not wasted ofc) vacuuming it up the sniffer instead. Ah well. Average plugged dose is 25mg to 30. Seeing as I only use it once every 2 weeks I should still have 20 weeks left. With doses of 30mg that's just 16.6666666666 weeks.

Ah well, still have around 350mg lying around, which is very pleasurable too. Has a great effect after snorting some 3fa. But about the odt; shame shame.
