how do you roll longer? mdma

Consume half a grapefruit within 4 hours of rolling. It will come on faster and last longer. Grapefruit inhibits CPY2D6 which is the enzyme that breaks down MDMA. This also works on mushrooms and LSD. The inhibiting effect will last up to 24 hours, so be careful if you are taking any other pharmaceuticals. It could potentiate them as well.
 
^ it should increase the bioavailability % but I would exercise caution with the dosage because I'm not 100% but I believe it could make 500 mg dose (normally not lethal) a lethal one

(Yes 500 mg is insane but some users on this forum claim they take that much at once sometimes.

Intriguing, got my second roll coming up soon and I plan on making it magical! Exercising frequently, getting lots of sun and it will have been 2 months abstinence. Also plan on starting Sam's diet soon. But I was wondering how I could extend the duration other than re-dosing at an hour in, might just try this, are there anymore on-the-day dietary recommendations?
I'm going to the seychelles tomorrow and when I first found out, a while ago, my first thought was "Thats close to the rave, lots of sunlight - serotonin availability will be increased!" Something is clearly wrong with me... hahaha

The effects of GFJ on mdma are so very minimal it's hardly worth mentioning. :\

Think i'll stick to my diet but roll on an empty stomach, unless there are some legitimate potentiators? Last time it took around 45 mins minimum before i felt anything which I think was because I had eaten just prior to MDMA consumption

Nothing I would encourage you to use. For example, I'm pretty sure one could use an MAO-B inhibitor to potentiate mdma however this is very risky if one doesn't know what they're doing.

Ok, I'll stay away from anything potentially dangerous just for a slight extra high. However, I do plan on re-dosing 40mg around an hour in to increase the magical peak. Thats if i'm not too busy hugging and snogging random strangers...
 
When i was oblivious to mdma, i'd redose all night. Ever since ive handled the reigns of mdma a lot better, My experiences are probably 1000 times more euphoric,

I wont ever redose again

I'm just basing this upon Erowid's booster dosage chart and the "rumour" that the re-dose can increase the peak by up to an hour. Can you elaborate why you have better high's without redosing?
 
Simply because, the moment you redose you are just ruining your next experience.
The only time i would ever redose is if im not going to take mdma ever again.

Your further depleting your serotonin, it's probably why i do have such a magical time on it other than the diet i live on as well i guess.

I disagree. I noticed the effects greatly, and it was well beyond a placebo effect.

It all depends on how one's CYP450 group are arranged genetically. Some people notice nothing from GFJ and for others it has a superior amplifying effect. I am a partial metabolizer of MDMA and GFJ is the only thing that extends it. Using GFJ has also extended my LSD and mushroom trips too.

Don't listen to the research, you have to try it for yourself. Every person's genetic constitution can be different. You can have up to 30 copies of CYP2D6, or only have one damaged copy. People's metabolisms vary widely and double-blind studies on GFJ are not effective in accounting for this.

Just try it for yourself. If it doesn't work then it's no big loss, you still get high. If it works, you get an extended trip. I'd say that makes the experiment worthwhile.
