Opioids First time methadone user needing dosing advice

I have been a Somehwat steady opiate user for 5yrs.usually just hydro,oxycodone,morphine.but I have had only tramadal for the past month.recently I have come across 5 10mg methadone tabs and would like experienced advice on administering a pleasant high(preferably puke free)

First we don't use SWIM here, so I'd edit your post.

Second on the dose, take just 1 pill and wait. Methadone takes a long time to kick in, so don't be surprised or think that nothing is happening after 30 minutes. Wait at least 1 hour and a half for the effects to fully kick in. You might feel something at the hour mark, but probably something light. Do not redose with methadone because it can be very, very dangerous.

Methadone is a high-potency, long-acting opioid that can be very dangerous. Be careful with it. This ain't no hydrocodone or oxycodone.

I would start with 5mg. It takes 1 hour 30 mins to first feel and about 3 hours to peak.

i would say try 15 mg to 20 mg.. depending on how much of the other substances you take.. i have always had a very high tolerance tho.. be safe tho

How much oxycodone would you normally use at once?
