I like my meat cooked very rare. It needs to be still dark red and juicy but not cold. I just like meat hot. And Raw.

I like the tiny mandarin oranges, cut into quarters. That makes them about the same size as huge black grapes I have. Here is a picture of my colorful, beautifully scented munchness. I am only using the NSFW tags because I read somewhere that somebody was doing something in all NSFW because pictures take too long to load or whatever. I got a warning and now I'm thinking "Bluelight rules? wtf are those?" j/k but I am being extra careful, so #mod is happy.

my step dad is such a gormless muppet, had a heart attack, was told to eat more healthy. wont take any advice, binge eating on toast n crap, drinking coffee all day. idiot. although he did give up smoking. he should be eating all the healthy crap ive been posting, but he wont take any advice, or he simply doesnt give a shit. and what kind of a nonce drinks coffee all day after a heart attack, surely stims are the fucking worst thing for the heart,

got into a little argument with this other person the other day about coffee... apparently you cant overdose on caffeine according to this muppet. somebody slap some sense into these people
 
There's a guy who died a couple of years back from eating two tablespoons of pure caffeine powder, as a dare. Caffeine's a fucking nasty drug, of course you can overdose. People forget that...You get kids necking 10 red bulls for kicks and remember fondly about how they were shaking for hours.

When I worked at costa one of my colleagues necked 30 shots of expresso. She came in the next morning and said she nearly died. Her lips turned white, she was up all night etc. People are morons.
 
Coltdan, as upset as you seem about the situation I'm a bit more worried that YOU will stroke out.

My mom is killing herself slowly like your step dad. She knows what she's doing and it is HER life. Negative emotions hurt the person who is carrying them. Not the person to whom they are directed.

People are going to do whatever it they are going to do. People rarely listen, and never listen to angered advice. Consider saving your breath and energy for more enjoyable activities....:)

Scrambled eggs, smoked mackeral, tomato, buttered oatmeal toast, all washed down with a big mug of green tea.
 
Just had a spicy minced pork burger with sticky rice (the rice is in place of the roll) and it was good even if it was cheap, processed, 7/11 shit. I think I'll go back for a hotdog soon.
