Misc Valerian root withdrawl?!

Ive been taking 5-450mg capsuals for more than a month stopped recently, and have difficulty breathing? and it may have aggravated my hppd?

Long term use of Valerian can cause withdrawal symptons on cessation, due to down regulation ogf the GABA System.

Anything that works on GABA, your opiate receptors (not saying valerian root does), basically anything that your brain gets used to, including SSRIs, etc. Will cause a discontinuation/withdrawal syndrome.

This can be avoided by tapering/reverse titration.

A month of benzo use would produce only minor withdrawal symptoms, so I highly doubt that what you are experiencing is valerian root withdrawals.

Valerian root is neither physically nor psychologically addictive.

Yer might be unrelated but I did take about 5/6 a day which is x3 the amount it says you should take a night lol.
