Become a part of the most heavily trafficked sub-forum on Bluelight!

Other drugs is seeking a candidate who is engaged in the Other Drugs community, can dedicate 30 minutes to an hour daily in moderating Other Drugs, and who has experience with a variety of drugs.

Your duties as an Other Drugs moderator will include upholding the BLUA, as well as the Other Drugs Guidelines, in order to facilitate the operation of Bluelight and continuous, safe access to Harm Reduction information. Additionally, because this is Other Drugs, you should have a solid grasp on common Harm Reduction practices, and be able and willing to facilitate conversations on the safe use of a variety of drugs.

There are many benefits of being on staff, not the least of which is getting to know over 80 extremely awesome people here.



In your application, please include:

Your name, age, and location. What time zone you are in.

How many hours a day you can dedicate to bluelight.
What time of day you can moderate Bluelight.
How will your availability be through the summer season?

Why do you want to become a moderator?
What value do you see in moderating Other Drugs?

What is your level of experience/knowledge of drug use and HR that OD covers.
What do you think of the state of OD and how can you help to improve it?

What is your drug of choice?
What is your favorite color?
What is the airspeed velocity of a swallow?

Remember, I have training in dealing with issues of trauma and PTSD if you need it.

hmm.. should i apply just to be denied once again? lol.. nah that'd be stupid, since stupid is defined as doing the same thing over and over expecting different results %)
 
It wouldn't be a mod selection process in OD without you applying and being turned down, HOOD.
 
Oh man. I got rejected twice (by no less than Cane himself, I might add) in OD, and then twice in BDD, once in DC, and once as a smod.
 
you can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you cant pick your friends nose.. random i know but the "pick me" triggered it
