Please help. Legal discussion mdmc

Some one very close to me has received 4 federal indictments against them for conspiracy of distribution of mdmc and distribution of mdmc charges. Now they raided his house and didn't find anything except for empty packages . They claim they have his indictments dated at october 11th of 2011 when the emergency ban wasn't until october 21st of 2011.

His pulic defender said they might just charge it as if it were a weed charge and he'd score out to about 18 months. However, he thinks they might try to hit him with the same federal sentencing guide as if it were mdma- that being a level 30 offence.

does anyone know anything about this or know if this substance has been taken to trial yet?

Thats a pretty common rumor, not true though.

But sorry, legal discussion isnt allowed here, no one is a lawyer, we cant give sound legal advice...
