Damnnn, your diet is some serious shit Sam.

The beauty of it is, is that where you need less mdma, you get less physical side effects/ symptoms really

That 100mg felt more euphoric than when ive taken over 150mg in the past (of the same batch, so it should be same purity)


Im not lying though, usually i feel really sad on tuesday, but hey look its wednesday and i didnt even get a comedown.

The 3 things i did most different was i waited longest (63 days. 49 last time), took vitamin C after, and drunk green tea after.

As for the e-diet. in the 63 days, ive been eating about 10-20grams of dark chocolate everyday, consumed approx 50 bananas, drunk about 60 pints of full fat milk, consumed nearly a kg of porridge oats, ate about 20 tins of tuna, and ate about 100+ eggs.

I am trying to build myself up as well you see.
 
Haha none of those are in my regular diet but seeing as I have no plans to roll, Im not really in need of it. In the future once I do plan on rolling, Ill definitely be taking a few tips from the e-diet.

It's just handy that most of them foods are high in protein.
Ever since ive become a stoner, i can actually eat better, and i have been able to actually put some gain on instead of just being stick arms.

Im hoping to be even stronger by the summer, but i dont go to the gym, I am limited with my exercises due to a back injury, so atm i just walk the dog 3 miles a day, and i do bicep curls one day (12kg, @10:10:10:10) and then bench dips the next , feet on another chair, and do 10:10:10:10 of those, Think ill drop the reps and put a kevlar vest on for extra resistance for the bench dips lol.
I cant fit more than 12kg on my dumbell though, so i feel at a loss.

i sat here and read that in disgust as i munched on 4 different chocolate bars and a handful of dried mango, just to be healthy, you know

My favourite Key for doing K lol,
its a padlock key but because of the pin set on the padlock, it has a nice big surface area at the end. It gives you a nice decent bump haha

But scribing a K next to Land would be a bit sad wouldn't it.. lol
