nightmare, day off today and wake up bright and breezy at usual time argh, hello and welcome to EADD to found a funny place to hang around, well for some, others seem to of got a bit fed up of it
 
On another more worrying note I seem to be smoking a 12.5g pk of baccy a day, just waitin on tescunts to open so I can go n skin up

No problem with that, but he comes in like he is some idol dissing people that have been here for him, so I thought he required some home truths. If he was really finished with here why would he feel the need to come in and basically stir it up a bit!

Me think that boy is too big for his boots!

Mornin all, BBs right, I've done my fatherly telling off bit myself, I'll leave him to his fantasy world from here on in, he clearly doesnt need to converse with a bunch of burnt out degenerates like us anymore what wiv him bein so guff an all ;)

Got meeting with my current / former employer today to discuss "a separation agreement" I could well be in for a big fat cheque either that or they can pay me to sit at home for the rest of the 3 months its up to them, they would save 30% if they shut up and pay up but we will see.

Gonna go and put the toast on, my guts have been playing up and I'm fearing it may be the start of another bleed...just a bit of paranoia I think, hope so anyway.

yeh but it was eased by remembering we have a day off! Woo hoo, and its going to be a debauched one! Enjoy work, sure you day will pass quickly and be just as enjoyable as ours here at home lol, sorry am I rubbing it in too much
 
morning BL, its a sunny BANK HOLIDAY Monday over here.was a very quite St Paddies wend for me, just had a few drinks saturday and that was it.

being up since 6 with the heir to my throne and now going to make tea n toast.

Thanks Effie, I'm sure your getting the best of advice but I was reading a n article recently about Jet Lag and they were going on about not eating to stay awake. Seemed to make sense, if you don't eat you tend not to get so sleepy,as we evolved not to just curl up in cave and die when the going got tough. the advice ( this was for avoiding jet lag by quickly resetting the body clock) was to eat very little on the day you landed, keeping you awake until the normal nighttime time for your new time zone then eat a good meal and hopefully sleep.

All seemed to make sense to me, maybe worth a try or a bit of research since your body clock sems to be round the wrong way, its either that or fly to Australia and look for a job there:)

atm, that makes sense to me too, eating has helped with insomnia in the past. Might give it a try today, thank you, I'll report back!

jailbreaking an iphone4, anyone dunnit? mine is from paddyland and need it unlocked for a vodefone sim, any ideas, preferably free :)
