Tramadol - A few questions?

I know Tramadol has been covered many times but id like to know if Promethazine is a good Anti-Histamine to take, either before during or after ive taken my Tramadol (i plan to take 400-500mg Tramadol) in incriments as ive heard this is how it has a more positive effect.

I took 100mg Tramadol waited one hour and then ingested another 100mg Tramadol, that was about 10 minutes ago, im go take a shower and then in another hours time ingest another 100mg Tramadol and so on and so forth..... Until the Tramadol is gone.

Im unsure as to whether my Tramadol are Instant release or extended? they are 'Trazalon' 50 yellow in colour, should i crush the rest up and eat it in one go (200mg) or just ingest in 100mg incriments every hour as i have been doing?

I also have some Diazepam to hand to hopefully minimize the seizure risk (even though im not seizure prone) i feel its a slight safety net.

I also have a French drug called 'Etifoxine' (brand name Stresam) Which is used as an Anti-Anxylotic and Anti convulsant, im tempted to take this but was worrying it maybe overkill.

Basically am i dosing correctly to get the most out of my Tramadol and am i going about it the safest way?

400mg is apparently the point where the seizure risk is greatly heightened, but at all doses it's increased.

Diazepam (as far as I know) is also an anticonvulsant and will work to counter this. Should synergize well too. I never found Tramadol recreational though. I'd be in pain all day, until 8pm where I'd feel more "high" than "analgesia" - but that's the goal apparently so go for it.

I wouldn't crush up Tramadol - a rush of SNRI effects sounds rather distasteful to me, but you may find different.

If you're tolerant to opiates I don't think you're going to get much at all (other than the SNRI activity, anyway), as you're going to be too tolerant for Tramadol to have the effect you want at sane / safe doses.

As far as an antihistamine - I never got itchy from Tramadol (indicating histamine release), so YMMV. Don't take too much though, as the inevitable delirium doesn't sound fun either.

OK..1st --it's instant release..no point in crushing it up.
2nd- maybe give a little more than an hour before you up your dose again..but that being said..
taking a small dose..than redosing and hour-1.5 hours later, until you get where you wanna be, works pretty good with
tram. Alot of people will get an opiated feeling w/it. and your dose is up there already.
3rd..I guess you've not taken it before..it is super-important to be aware of the seizure possibility..it's good that you are. They don't
make this stuff up.
I've taken tramadol alot.. I haven't experienced a seizure, but I try to be careful to avoid one. I hear they're kind of a downer.
But, I think you should give yourself some time to feel it...(I don't know what you're expecting from it)..but, you may not need anymore.
That would be a good thing..don't take more than you need..or you might as well flush it. Or maybe you could do some
kind of craft project with it?
You don't have to take it til it's gone. Tram's good to have around..it can help potentiate other goodies.
In my opinion, diazapam and tramadol are friends, and go well together. But I'm no pharmacist.
Promethazine --I would think that should be fine. I prefer a benadryl, but we're all so damn different.
There's not a whole lot of histamine issues when I take it..but I've heard other ppl say so.
I don't know anything about that french stuff you've got. I think the french are weird..so I'd probably avoid it.
Just be careful, and patient, you might feel pretty good here in a minute, and may not need anything else.
