For the past few months i have been getting into facial expressions. Im an experienced tripper and i feel that im ready to trip and not see faces. My thought was to get a group of people together and we would all wear white clothes. we would also all wear ski masks. There are many things we understand just because we do. if we didnt have all of the body language and facial expressions there would be a very unique experience. I feel like this would make there greater appreciation for peoples words and would just make things interesting. what are your thought about tripping and not seeing peoples faces?

Freaky. Could be interesting for a while, but I think it would be very restricting. I doubt very many people would actually be 100% on board with your intentions.

Perhaps, a masquerade party would be more fun for your guests, no?

fascinating. please post your findings...

take measures to ensure the ski masks don't ... well, freak you the fuck out lmao.

maybe you should find another method of hiding facial expressions, and perhaps do it for only one portion of the trip.

Maybe one could draw a mask coming up which feels relevant to ones mood in some abstract way lol. Then when you come on everyone wears their creation, giving an artistic push of representation to that characters expression. An art project and a social experiment lol

This makes me want to go to a fetish club were every1 is tripping in fetish gear gimps must look mental when they are melting

that would be realy interesting .. u could actualy understand people better that way without the visual restrictions we developed as humans by judging right away from the external appearance of someone or something..completly blinded would be better i think, not be able to see any gestures or anything else around you..just listen
i'd defenatly be up for this kind of trip
and yeah as others said a white sheet and ski mask would look realy wierd

i enjoy this idea - i think facial expressions are far easier to hide then body language though ?

you might start picking up other cues - for example you might be more drawn to peoples' hands orrr maybe you'll learn what the the direction someones' head is tilted means by matching it with their vocal tone

it could develop into a fascinating thing, if you dont like it you can just take off the masks

Guy Fawkes masks in my opinion. Then again, Ski Mask would be a complete lack of facial features to interpret.

I think this is a very interesting idea for sure. The people who love tripping the most... seem to have the ability to handle well just intense/strange situations and still keep their cool... and after enough of those you start thinking of ways to make it more intense.

The only time I've ever had a "wtf is going on" moment that I couldn't quickly figure out was at a forest party, a group of people were eating what to this day I still can't confirm, but I think were oranges. But my visual distortions were so intense, it looked like some weird gooey/alien fruit being eaten in some cultish ritual. Was so intriguing and "scary" in a sense, and I had to walk away, but it was absolutely amazing how far my mind had gone and I wish I could have moments like that more often.

The first time I ever saw Rango, I was already in 2nd hour of about 2.5 gram shroom trip. Walk into my friends room and they just put it in, saw the whole movie scene he was directing, and then all of a sudden his whole world was gone... destroyed... everything he ever knew about life shattered before his eyes.

Was absolutely amazing experience to have while tripping, and gave me the idea to use tripping and movies/games to make them far more immersive.

Playing Skyrim in the quest where you go to see the Greybeards to learn about the Voice, I tried it on 100mg of MXE when I was deep into the state, and it was absolutely amazing.

Your idea... definitely is one I'm going to remember. It sounds like a trip ;)
