A friend just got rx'ed 5/325 percocet. is that stronger than norco 10/325, from a recreational users point of view. which is gonna produce the better euphoric feeling. I know alot of you guys are very well versed in this field, and my friend want to be safe, but yet feel the meds. He uses about 2 or 3 norco's with half a soma and 1 klonopin.
 
I'd personally say 2-2.5...that's just me though...and they say oral morphine is equal to oral hydrocodone, but I find morphine to do better in terms of pain relief...albeit, I'm on gabapentin which lowers the BA of vicodin...
 
personally i find oxy more sedating and euphoric. hydrocodone is just plain euphoria without much sedation for me.
 
I'd venture to say that oxy definitely produces a more euphoric day..
for me, anyway..I'm not sure about my friends though...

tell your friend to watch his/her apap intake..it's no joke...and then smile..

edit: I concur with the statement above...but now I have mixed feelings because I don't have any oxy lmfao...

man, do I need a working painkiller...it's been over a week since I've had an opioid, and I just took 200mg tramadol about an hour and a half ago and I'm still sitting at about a 5...
 
5mg of oxycodone is ~ equal to 7.5mg of hydrocodone.

I honestly prefer a hydrocodone high to oxycodone by far. Though, its annoying with hydrocodone being really only avaliable atm in the US with APAP or ibuprofen added to the pills, while oxycodone can be seen with these active substances. So, when taking high doses (like 100mg for example) its nicer to have oxycodone.

Hydrocodone ime is a lot floater/warm and fuzzy, euphoric, sedating, etc than oxycodone. I find hydrocodone to be a little less sedating version of oxymorphone at the right doses.

I love me a good hydrocodone high.

5mg oxycodone is equal to about 10-12.5mg of hydrocodone in terms of analgesia...recreationally...that's a different ball game...
 
I'm very strongly opinionated on this, but for me, it's Oxy by a landslide.

From a recreational point of view there is NOTHING on this planet like a fat blue line of roxi dust, chased with a fresh glass of grapefruit juice. The euphoria hits while the ritual itself is being performed.

Hydrocodone is more mellow. Oxycodone is an in your face, you know you're fucked up, intense, decently long lasting explosion of euphoria that makes your troubles melt away and forces your brain to rewire into happy-land. Hydrocodone has never come close to that for me.
 
It did for me in high school the first time I got high off of hydrocodone...I had taken low doses before and not felt anything (my mom gave me a 5 or a 7.5 a couple times in grade school for migraines-she's very sympathetic of migraines as she gets them), but I took 3 yellow watsons, chugged the remainder of some raspberry vodka (6-7 shots), and smoke a shit ton of weed lol...I think I was 16...it was my senior year (I graduated a year and a quarter early)...very euphoric highs...definitely in the top 10 opioid highs I've had...
 
Any opinions on how best to consume roxicet5/325 to receive the best recreationally high? Also friend has hep c albeit scaring and inflamation score is low 1, 4 being high and fucked up, friend also has stage 4 kidney disease.My friend is all fucked up but he needs relief from fucked up life.He's just trying to minimize damage to vital organs if that's even possible at this point. any advise would be appreciated. Stay the fuck away from points!!
 
I never liked oxycodone because of the speedy feeling & get no euphoria at all from it. I like hydrocodone for the sedating & euphoric feeling & the best for me is morphine, love the sedating high & the pain relief is awesome.
 
10 mg hydrocodone is more opiate than 5 mg oxycodone. Which one is superior in recreation is a subjective matter. IME they have both done me well.
 
Plenty of other sources say 5mg oxy=7.5 mg hydrocodone, trying to pass your source as correct is just as laughable. I could post plenty of sources showing 30mg of morphine = 30mg hydrocodone = 20mg of oxycodone. I have about 3 on my desktop actually.

I can keep pulling more. Some I've found even say they are equipotent for pain.
