help amphetamines + dxm

i friend(47kg) took 260mg dxm and 2-3h earlier took "a line" of amphetamines(good thing is the amphetamienes that go around the street here is usually caffeine or ephedrine + codeine). This is a potentialy bad combo right ? what are the risks of serotonin syndrome? she is experiancing mild nausea and a headache that is fading away at the moment
at this moment what can be done to minimize any risks ?

Nothing to worry about...

Regular amphetamines are not very harsh on the serotonin system, and 260mg dxm isn't an unusually large dose of dxm anyways.

she is ok now, i was worried because of her low body weight + the fact that its her second time dxm and has no tolerance... and had no idea that she was taking amph. this should be a lesson for me to always ask what a person has been taking earlier in the day

Amphetamine has very little effect on serotonin in comparison to it's effects on dopamine. The same goes for ephedrine. What I would like to know is this: why would your friend take a substance sold as amphetamines but which is actually caffeine or ephedrine + codeine? I know street amphetamines are usually cut, but c'mon!

i personaly never understood stimulant use apart from "i havent sleept for 2 days and want to party one more night" so im not sure why people do it in the first place
she has no idea what street amphs are like and probably did it because people were doing it around her. my country has some of the worst quality street drugs in the world im sure
