Misc Diphenhydramine- Good dose to try?

Ive heard that they can be euphoric and produce benzo/opiate like effects and zone you out?.. however, ive also heard it creates hullcinations etc.. I dont want that. I just want to be sedated etc.. no crazy dose pleas.

50mg will be sedative enough if you've never taken DPH. Not really euphoric (unless alongside opiates or benzos), but will zone you out. Especially if you smoke some trees alongside it
 
Hey, well I took two 50mg hcl gel caps in the plane, and it didnt seem to do much? :S would 150mg be way to high? because I did two in the plane.
 
sedation diff not delirium.. lol im sorry if I seem weird, I dont have much info on this. But I do know previously I took 100mg on the plane to help me sleep, and it was pretty weak on me, Im merely asking for more information. Thank you :)

I dosed 150mg about 10 mins ago, hopefully this is not to much of a high dose, as one is just used normally, so surely two more pills wont cause delirium.

150 mg diphenhydramine should be sedating, however, if you failed to respond to the sedation produced by 100 mg, I don't know how much it will effect you. Just so you know minor hallucinations (auditory) may occur, and some transient confusion may also occur. It shouldn't be anything very troubling, but just so you know. I hope it has the sedating effect you want.

You likely won't care about the hallucinations because you will be sedated, again if there are any they will likely be slight and auditory not visual. Don't worry, though, it is not a dose that requires worrying.
 
okay, I got slightly paranoid.. because Ive done acid, and everytime Ive had a bad trip I dont wanna go through hell/ anything that would remind of of it lol
 
Really diphenhydramine is NOTHING like psychadelics, honestly. I know you have HPPD, and I don't see an issue in the dose you took and your condition esp. because of the fact that the 100 mg diphenhydramine that you had taken on another occassion didn't really faze you all that much. Just relax, and maybe try to sleep some. Have you gotten your Valium script yet? I am guessing not.
 
Thanks, nah im getting valium tomorrow, takes 24 houres for them to give another prescription.
 
Well, tomorrow comes quicker than you think once it actually does come around. Benzo wd does make time drag on, though. You have only been on the Valium for a month right? 6 - 8 mg daily?

I got SOOO horny on this, I couldnt believe it, lol I have not felt this horny in over a month.. it was awsome, however it was pretty trippy tbh way to much for me (i do have hppd) so perhaps + hppd = more powerful audio/visual hallucination but w.e it was okay :)

Pars, you can't just leave well enough alone can you? Stay away from deleriants. I repeat, STAY AWAY from deleriants. If you think Acid is bad, you haven't seen shit yet until you start messing with deleriants.
 
I second this ^

Ive known people that abused DPH and had terrible problems with their health later like rectal bleeding. it's NOT worth any of it. I don't know why people do drugs that don't really benefit them with any insight, euphoria, or anything.

Dito, although it doesn't go jack shit for me and sleeping. Works amazingly well to potentiate opioids and address any nausea issues. I wouldn't ever take more than 150mg at once though... Although, with opioids, I have taken around 300mg over the course of 24hrs and didn't get any noticeable effect from the diphen. That being said, I was gone from the opioids, so I might just have been nodding to hard to notice...
 
tbh on 150mg I got a slight sense of it. Im not going near that shit again mate, and my dose wasnt even medium.
