10mg, taking as required for pain relief, but i'm feeling more and more like they aren't doing enough

so your taking 10mg for pain as required right? thats quite a low dose, you could try 20-30mg plugged . or cut down your opiate use to reduce tolerance.

I've found amazing results (with a low tolerance) plugging 15-30mg morphine. (1/4 or 1/2 of a 60mg M-box). With medium tolerance, plugging 25-50mg morphine (1/4 or 1/2 of a 100mg M-Box) yields great results. but you should take an antihistimine with it, like benedryl 25-50mg for the pins and needles.
