Amphetamine/Dexedrine-IR and farting/gas/tummy ache question

I'm prescribe Dexedrine IR.

Does amphetamine/dexedrine make you fart more?

Does it make your fart more smellier?

I've notice I fart more and my farts smell more bad when I'm on dexedrine.

How do I prevent this?

Also, I have a bit of a tummy ache a couple of hours after I take Dexedrine.

How do I prevent the tummy ache?

I think it's to do with blood flow being restricted to intestines, so food doesn't get digested as thoroughly.

Not too sure on prevention, but perhaps taking some activated charcoal/carbon pills in advance could help out.
