first time roll at a show, few quick q's

Hey, so this weekend I plan on rolling at a psy-trance show. First off, I bought multi-vitamins and 5-htp after my last roll, and I'm wondering if I should pre-load, and if so how much? I've read conflicting threads about pre/post loading, and it'd be great if I could get some opinions. Second, my first time I did 100mg of really pure molly, and I have the same stuff for this time, 100 was really good, but I think if I took 150 then bump another 50 a few hours in it would be amazing, what is your average rave dose?
 
130mg is a good dose imo. But 150mg will also be fine, go for it you want. I do 130mg + 60mg redoses and it works fine for a rave.

And with the preloading the main thing you want is anti-oxidants, like vitamin C (a fuck load of it, around 2000mg i think) and Alpha-Lipoic Acid. And with post loading you'll want the same after the roll, but for the following week that's when you start taking 5-HTP i take 100mg twice a day for 5-7 days after doing MDMA and it helps with the depression and such. Multivitamins are always good.
 
Pre-loading is a good idea. I'm pre-loading myself at the moment for .... a psy-trance night at the weekend :)

My pre-load is as follows - starting three to four days prior to rolling.

2 or 3 5HTP pills per day including the day of the drop.
1 Multivitamin per day including day of drop.
1 Magnesium, B-Vit Complex Pill per day including day of drop.
All of the above taken together with a large glass of grapefruit juice.
Also, at least 25g of dark chocolate each day.

Diet is also important - good healthy foods: chicken, potatoes, veg, fruit etc.

On day of drop:

Stop eating 6 - 8 hours before you roll.
Drink several strong cups of green tea.
One hour before dropping, take a couple of antacid tablets.

This is very basic, if you search the forum there are proper guides and people take this very seriously. However, the above should all help your roll and, more importantly, help manage the comedown and reduce harm (at least to a limited extent).

As for doses impossible and inappropriate to say. For myself, my first time was 115mg with a top up of 35mg and that was enough for an evening of 10pm till 5:30am. Second time, some months later, I did a lot more. 140mg then 50mg then another 80mg several hours after. Wish I had taken a higher initial dose and topped up less. However, it will depend on when you rolled last. The more often you roll the more the stuff you need. If you pre-load, you won't need as much to get high.
 
i always dose 100mg, ive been using mdma for over 14 months now.

150mg tends to floor me a bit lol (well pin me to a wall drowning in euphoria anyway)

Thats dumb, stopping eating 3 times before dropping is fine, 6-8 hours is way too long to go without food especially when taking stimulants.

You don't stop eating 8 hours before working out do you? No, because its catabolic and unhealthy.
 
Actually, it entirely depends on your own metabolism. I have extremely slow metabolism. Coming up at all is a battle. So, 6 to 8 hours is entirely appropriate. Moreover, I care little for the word dumb. It is entirely disrespectful. Someone with 350+ posts should know better.
 
But mate, you are recommending a guy to go 8 hours without food, then drop a stimulant which makes him burn a lot more calories than usual and destroys his appetite, the time to replenish will take longer than usual because his body is lacking energy.

No wonder why people in here weigh like 60-65kg

And, I wasn't calling YOU dumb, i was calling your suggestion about going fasting 6-8 hours before rolling dumb.
 
I only wait 2 hours,

Im always eating constantly, i eat lots of small meals, rather than being bloated out with 3 big meals in a day.
I cant deal with more than 2 hour wait. In fact, i dosed some 2cb one morning rather than eating my breakfast, and i was really hungry throughout my trip lol
 
I usually don't eat for 12 hours when I'm dropping... and once I get around to eating it's usually been 24+ hours, you wont be hungry when you're rolling :P

But whatever, go ahead and be anorectic morons, but quit recommending others to do the same.
 
If you want to enhance the effects of MDMA don't eat or drink 3 hours before you take it. Take magnesium sulfate, antacids, and tyrosine. Taking certain antidepressants that work mainly on serotonin can enhance and prolong the effects of MDMA but is a deadly cocktail.
 
I couldn't roll without eating atleast abit. I'm actually one of the few who actually gets hungry while rolling too. Heck I could eat proper dinner while peaking :P

Lucky you, I wish I could eat on stims. But mostly i down some liquid foods under the comedown.
 
honestly do all these vitamins and shit really help. I mean if its good product you will be fucked up no matter what. Does 5htp really make a noticable difference?

I think that eating the foods in Darksidesam's e-diet blog is more effective than the vitamins, and ya I would say it does seem to make a difference. The rolling magic is from the milking of the serotonin, so having optimum serotonin and endorphin levels couldn't hurt.

Vitamins don't really work if they're not colloidal. Eat the food in his post. I would say to go with grassfed beef instead of all the fish, and use hemp oil for the omega 3's it's the number oil you could eat.

5-HTP is very good to use for building up the serotonin layer after a MDMA session.
