Opioids Opana 40mg OUT OF STOCK-What's a good replacement until they're back?

So I am on Opana 40mg, and they are COMPLETELY out of this at every pharmacy.
What's going on and how long until they're back in pharms cuz I am in hell on these other dosages (30's ER's with 10mg IR's) that I get so sick I can barely work.
I'm on these TERRIBLE white Opana IR's as well and they make me so damn sick I can't even stand up. And this is JUST taking them orally! If I ever railed these I'd be scared out of my mind as to how bad I'd get.
It's seriously been hell for the past month and a half and I don't know what to do or how long this is going to last.
I'm in constant hell without my medication drop weight like no tomorrow because I can't eat from the pain and now I don't even know what my doctor should switch me to or IF she should switch me to anything else.
My concern is if I switch and am adjusted to something else and then I have to be put back on the Opana 40mg's I'll have to go through a whole new adjustment period.
My body's pretty fucked up and any medication that's new to my system I get sick as hell as my body tries to adjust.
I'm talking anything from Asprin to Morphine I get vomitting and dizzyness nothing fun at all about it.

Any suggestions as to what I could suggest to my doctors as to what to put me on in the time being that would be at least CLOSE to 40mg Opana ER's would be really helpful.
ALSO- Anyone have any experience with these white IR Opana 10mg's? They're the most piece of shit meds. I've been on everything to try and control my pain. I just know Opana's are the "King of Pain Meds" so I'm concerned nothing is going to cut it for my hell until these things are back on the pharmacy shelves.

It sounds like ur just taking too much for your tolerance to handle. Try taking less of the ir's like half or a quarter.

Or just take the ER 30s and see if u feel dopesick, if not just stick with those. And send me the rest of your ir's ;)
 
I'm in TN and it seems to be the case down here too, anyone have a confirmed story of whats up with them?
 
From what ive read, they had a recall on Opana & March 1st are coming out with the new Opanas that can not be snorted like the new OP's. I guess they started with the 40's. Correct me if im wrong anyone............

Also, how much of the 40's were you snorting a day? Opana is one of the strongest prescribed mes out there.........they were big back in the 70's but were being abused by so many, they took them off the market but brought them back in 2006. entanyl wont give you the euphoria you're looking for but should take away you're pain as well as Opana.

damn that sounds horrible, i sure hope the IR's start flooding the streets..i'll be satisfied even if the ticket goes way up
