Dxm 2 days in a row

Is it safe to do Dxm and the next day do it again I did 345mg liquid syrup. Now I have 40 15mg cough gels.
Would it be safe to dose today?

yes it is safe. As long as you are still eating and sleeping okay i don't see a problem, have fun.

I've heard that It can lead to brain damage or other bad things I can't remember them right now .So I need to eat before taking that would help ?

i've done 60mgs daily for a month, but when i take larger doses, i usually wait 2-3 days...

You'll be fine.... I did the same thing and on top of that I'm on zoloft (yeah I know how stupid/dont ever do that for the sake of harm reduction) and I'm fine. You'll be okay.
