Just finished up with 10 weeks of 300mg/test E, nearing the end of my first week of PCT and I've noticed an alarming rate in weight loss. I gained nearly 20lbs from this small cycle and since coming off I've lost over 10lbs. My diet was fantastic, clean and lean with the occasional cheat meal thrown in to keep my metabolism guessing. I shoot for five meals a day, some containing more calories/carbs than others and I train one body part a week. Since going into PCT I've been training every other day instead of 3-4 on, 1 off to preserve muscle. I also started taking creatine monohydrate. I get anywhere from 8-10 hours of sleep a night. I've ran cycles in the past at 500-600mg of test C and never experienced this sudden drop in weight.

The purpose of this cycle was to recover some mass, strength since separating my shoulder last June and taking several months off from training. My strength has recovered nicely and remained consistent even during PCT but my weight dropped almost overnight.

I didn't run an AI during the cycle so perhaps I'm pissing out all the water retention? I didn't look that puffy. Everyday my stomach looks smaller and smaller.
Is this anything to go on? Did I jepordize my health for a few pounds? If anything my strength recovered much faster than it would have training natty.

Arrrrgh.

Examples of diet:

2-3 cups of brown rice with 1/2 lb of 97% lean ground turkey/beef

2-3 cups of oatmeal with 2 scoops of whey

4-6 pieces of toast (limited processed) with 5 whole eggs

i know this is gonna sound counterproductive but consider eating a bit more "dirty"if you're not doing any cardio and your pct and training/diet were spot on then you shouldn't be losing that much weight.are you still at the same b/f%? if so you may be losing muscle instead of fat.increase your fat intake and don't be afraid to pig out.there has to be some underlying issue at hand to cause this.whether it's your diet or training...after i would cycle and go thru pct, which i don't anymore.i blast/cruise from now on,i would always change my routine.usually went with something like a higher volume GVT type of approach.sounds stupid but doing only one exercise for one bodypart 10x10 will help you hold onto some of the mass you aquired when on cycle.when i blast i like to do a max-ot type of routine or a wsbb influenced 5x5 but when off the gear your body's not gonna react the same way with the same weights you used as on.

how much size do you think you lost, mirror wise not from what the evil scale says.i hate getting on that thing.my body fluctuates so fast i'll be 215 one week and 2wks later back to 200,but look the same, feel the same-sometimes even stronger.the mirror and b/f% will be the real judge...

I've been looking a lot leaner while my strength has stayed the same. In the mirror my overlook seems to have stayed the same even though I went from 196 to 181 (during the day I go up to 185-6 then lose it overnight).

I did change up my routine. I'm doing less exercises per bodyweight and dropping the weight a bit. I can tell I'm off because I feel a lot sorer/more tired than before. I'm also taking more days off. Like every other day or every two days instead of three, four on and one off.

yeah, let the mirror tell you,not the scale.it's normal to lose a bit of weight after a cycle.remember, your body's not in a constant state of nitrogen retention so your protein synthesis my be a bit slower.you'll def start feeling like you just got back into the gym with the soreness.also very common.don't be afraid to up your good fats like nuts, avacados, peanut butter, macadamia nut oil.they will help you hold onto some extra weight yet won't gain as fat.fats like these will actually help or keep your body in a fat burning state.check out the author "Susan Kleiner".she's got a few books out that helped me thru the yrs on good dieting.not the yo-yo effect alot of us are used to.i have her last book but just lent it out and can't remember the name for shit.
