Bypassing the control release mechanism on 3mg xanax xr.

My buddy got a hold of some of the 3mg xr xanax....they are fat green triangles with a circle in the middle and an x on the back. I remember back in the day when I was getting a shit load of free xanax I had gotten 30 3mg xr's and from what i remember they didnt touch me. I think this is due to the fact that i was doing alot of bars (ir) and when I went to the xr's it didnt do shit. I even tried crushing them up to bypassing the controlled release shit and it feels like it didnt do anything. So are the xanax 3mg xr in the same category as the new OP.
 
I use a pill cutter from my local pharmacy to cut them in half, it makes a very subtle difference in the release time, but definitely a difference. Carbonated drinks help break it down in your stomach quicker. I have experience from being prescribed 1mg Xanax XR's for awhile. I found I had to take more to reach the high I get off IR's, but beneficially it lasted a lot longer.I'd rather have Klonopins IMO for long duration though.

I really wanna' try the 3mg Xanax XR triangles though. I'd love em
 
Yes i prefer the klonopins long duration over the short intense feeling that xanax gives you. And yea the 3mg's caught me by surprise. I was giving this woman a ride to her doc appointment and I was schooling her in the art of getting xanax before she went in to see him and she walks out 30 mins later and i look at her script "3mg xanax". I was like wtf jack pottttttttttttt.....then i realized it was xr and i shed a tear then sold them immediately in order to acquire more bars.

Lmao. I woulda done the same. I don't know of anyway of gettin around the time release unfortunately but good luck!
I'd, like everyone lol, rather have a bar...or 20 ;)
